Professional, fast, safe, courteous and thorough. Jon and his crew were hired to remove a 20' storm-damaged Mayten tree from our back yard, as well as trimming/shaping our flowering plum and birch trees.

The whole crew arrived on time and got right to it. One guy did the climbing and most of the chainsaw work, one handled the massive stump grinder, and the others hauled debris to the chipper out front and helped with pruning. They were professional and courteous, and when they encountered an unforeseen problem squeezing the stump grinder down thru our side yard, they were quick to come up with a solution.

They arrived at 08:30 and were out by 10:00 - an hour and a half, they were done. Every twig and leaf were swept up and gone. The stump was ground out, and the trimmed trees look better than ever.

There's a reason why these guys are top rated on Yelp and Diamond Certified. Jon is a true licensed arborist and knows his stuff. I highly recommend them for all your tree work.

Joe came out the day after I called and gave a competitive quote to remove a 30+ yr old Camphor tree that was breaking up our driveway and had grown over the PG&E gas lines from the street. His team showed up a little early and within 45min the tree was gone, the area was cleaned up and they were packing up to go! We had PG&E mark the gas line and a few days later the stump grinder did a great job removing a 30" stump sandwiched between concrete slabs and avoided the gas line no problem.

THINGS WENT SIDEWAYS, BUT ALL IS WELL AT THE END

I saw all the 5 star quotes. They gave me the best estimate for 3 trees. Including a Podocarpus with berries. They were exactly on time. Joe, the arborist, was supposed to come talk to me and go over what they were going to do. The crew indicated they were waiting for Joe's instructions. Joe never came and they started up without his direction. They never laid down tarp to protect my beautiful new patio pavers. I looked out and saw they started work without me talking to Joe. Jonathon, the owner, admits it is standard practice to lay the tarp, yet this crew did not. They also left a mess that my gardener came and picked up after.

My patio was stained with berries. They walked all over the patio while working getting the berries on their feet and staining my flagstone path as well.

This is a company that cares very much for a good result of the customer. They hired a professional power wash company to fix the problem and it did the trick. The stains are gone. I really appreciate that.

You may wonder, "how was the work on the trees?" That was fine. I do wonder about how a professional team would proceed without putting down a tarp and collect the check and leave without pointing out that something went wrong.

Jonathon the owner issued me a refund check. But I am going to tear it up. He really wants to make things right. A+ for customer service.

Reached out to these guys and Joseph responded fast. Did not officially take ownership of my new house but Joseph came out to meet me anyway. He came across very honest and down to earth. Prices are very reasonable and the crew were pros - no task too tall =]. Highly recommend them.

Regarding their services, I requested 2 trees trimming service in my backyard and Fabian's team did an awesome job very efficiently. They came with 5 people on Mon, on the next business day from the quote. Right after arrival, 2 were climbing on trees, as the trees were not accessible by crane vehicles, and others did their job on the ground. The workers/professionals are team players and get the job done quickly and perfectly including cleaning up the backyard nicely. I felt the team demonstrated true team work. Really great service! I coordinated the job request with John; he was very responsive and helpful. We had the crew did a full trim on 3 trees and also removed 3 stumps. I am very happy and pleased with their work. Pricing was reasonable for all the services that we requested.
