Speed, efficiency, and the most amazing customer service! We reached out to them around 9am, dropped off the car at about 10:15am, and got a text that the car was ready at 11:02am.

The turnaround time is insane. They had a few other cars there so I was expecting it to be at least a couple hours, but they got it done quickly and with lots of enthusiasm. I believe it's a family owned shop and when you step right in, you also feel like family (even if it's for 5 minutes).

10/10, definitely recommend and if I ever need any windshield or auto glass services, I will be back!

Pricing - I got more than a handful of quotes and they had one of the best pricing. I had one lower quote, and they had no problem price matching. Hands down, great service.

My car windshield cracked due to a rock hitting it on the highway and Majesty Auto Glass did a great job with excellent service replacing my cracked windshield. My car is old and rusty, they even sanded out the rust and primed the metal before installing the new windshield without charging me anything extra. The overall price was not expensive at all, especially in this market. Excellent service and the best part is they have the cutest mascot kitty named Leo. Highly recommend these guys for any auto glass repair or replacement.

the guys that repair my windshield were awesome they did it in less than an hour, quality work,fast and very friendly, and the price you can not beat it, i must have called like 6 to 10 different businesses and "majesty". was the cheapest one for my 2023 ford bronco sport i highly recommend this business, come on over they will treat you like majesty.

That long-winded explanation for crappy work only adds to the 1-star review. I got a new windshield and the installer said the old installation was "interesting, to say the least," and dangerous. Rather than admit you tried to install the wrong windshield and use glue and tape to mask the bad job, you make matters worse by trying to explain away the work. Do better -- tell customers you don't have the windshield/parts to do the job rather than try to deceive them.

Same day service, answered call before online business hours, and received an automated text after calling to confirm their services and business info offered.

Brought my car in for a windshield repair and was in and out within 30-45 minutes. They do offer the service of going to you, which was also nice. Daniel assisted over the phone, during, and after service. Reasonably priced and they were able to assist ASAP compared to other auto glass companies.

First off as a Tesla owner, you have to hop over so many hurdles to get a window replaced or you're waiting weeks for one. The owner of this company drove me in his own personal truck to 3 locations while my car was safe at his garage. From downtown, Kerny Mesa, Miramar and all the way to Carlsbad. I was in tears for what this little old guy did for me. He offered to feed me the 4 hours we spent together. I haven't experienced someone going out of their way as a stranger for me in a very long time. I feel like someone from above guided me to him and this is exactly something my dad would have done in the past. I'm seldomly in a vulnerable state and I was so happy to have experienced such a beautiful soul. They vacuumed my car and you can see it was in shambles. Thank you so much Daniel and guys!!!!! Window is currentlyin pristine condition!!!

Highly recommended,super helpful and friendly, some Dutch bag broke my front door passenger side glass and I couldn't get anyone to help me to fix it except for this guys ,that happened on July 31 around 2:50 pm and most of the shops they'll tell me to bring in tomorrow,so I called majesty auto glass the owner gave me a super good price and even gave 20 bucks off since I was on a budget .great customer service great work thank you guys

Excellent excellent service. Replaced back and front windshields, while I waited, in record time. Even fixed my funky side mirror for free. All the guys were very nice and professional, comfy waiting room, very fair price, and they have a lovey shop cat named Sheeba. Very happy!

Unfortunately I have to give this company a low rating. I initially went to them to fix a large crack in my windshield. I live in LA but also come down to San Diego a lot to see my brother. I have a 2019 Mercedes E class convertible so there is tech around the SOS area where the rear view mirror is. My car windshield replacement was completed on the day of the appt in 2 hours. The employee who did my windshield told me before leaving that an "SOS inoperative" light was on and that it was normal and would go away after I drove the car for a while. I found that odd but trusted him. That evening in my car I went to use my internal map lights and they didn't work. All of them were not functioning. A day later the "SOS Inoperative" light was still on and I called Majesty to fix it. They expressed there was no way what they did could have done this but they would double check everything to be sure. After waiting another 2 hours at their shop while they troubleshooted they said they couldn't find a solution and that it was a coincidence that the lights didn't work and the "SOS inoperative" alert was still on and that I should go to the dealer to resolve. I told the employee at this time that if I tell Mercedes that an outside company did my windshield they wouldn't cover it under warranty and I expected them to cover costs if so. He replied "no need to bring it up to them that my windshield was replaced." I said "well I don't want to lie to them but if they ask me I will he honest." I went to the dealer to resolve and it turns out it was an electrical short in the system that happened during the install of the new windshield. I was able to confirm it was the fault of Majesty and when I contacted Majesty they said this has never happened and did not take accountability for their mistake. Just because something has "never happened" doesn't mean this isn't the first time it's happened. Poor excuse on his part and truly dropped the ball on owning up. I then expressed to them that I had to stay in San Diego and miss work due to this inconvenience and they should credit me for this issue and they declined. It turns out mistakes are ok with this company and there's no accountability or action taken to make things right with their customers. They said because they feel they discounted me less than what dealer would have charged me that that was my "credit." Unfortunately I can't recommend them and urge you to not go to them if you have a car that has electrical in the windshield. They are nice people but will not own up to their faults or do right by their mistakes. That's not the kind of business you want to trust with your car.

In reply to the business owner below for all of you to see. Mercedes Benz of El Cajon did not fix this as a recall. They fixed it as a part of my normal warranty from me purchasing the car from them. I want to make sure this is clear so anyone who reads this understands the owner is not taking accountability for the electrical issue that happened as a result of their install. Admitting to a mistake is an important human trait that they don't have. SEE ATTACHED PICTURE AS PROOF THAT I DON'T HAVE OPEN RECALLS OUT. Also to prove that they are WRONG further I've been transparent and included the 2 recalls that were done on my car in 2021! Nothing this year that is SOS related. So this issue was a result of their doing but they can't admit that and make it right. Proceed with caution when dealing with them.
