Maldonado was efficient, quick and did high quality work. The old fence had been damaged in a windstorm and had a number of problem areas that other companies seemed unsure how to work around.

Alejandro came up with practical solutions to remove the old fencing and work and upgrade the areas where the posts would be installed to make sure the new fence would be of higher quality. His pricing was reasonable.

We had Maldonado Fence replace an old fence at our home. Not only did they do so efficiently, their work is gorgeous. On top of the fence itself, they handled five sections of transitions, between ourselves and the neighbors, reinstalled old gates, carefully replaced the masonry they moved and dug out and cemented a 12'x11' concrete pad. Their pricing was reasonable, and the work was exquisite.

Great to work with, I had a fence that had partially came down. Some quotes wanted to replace the whole fence. Alejandro and his crew were able to secure the original fence at a fair rate. I would happily go back to them again.

My neighbor and I had decided to split the cost of a fence between our properties, and we each found a couple of candidates to do the work. Based on their consistently excellent reviews on Yelp, I reached out to Maldonado back in December. Alejandro came over and was super friendly and accommodating to our needs: there is a large tree that straddles the border between the properties, and he said no problem, we'll just cut holes for the large branches to poke through. That sounded good to me (I love having the tree) and his quote was extremely competitive too.

Because of the extended rains in early 2024, it wasn't until early May that they could schedule our job, but we finally put it in the calendar. Alejandro and his crew showed up exactly on time, and within 4 hours they had completed the job, cleaned up after themselves, and we were done and dusted! Alejandro is giving a 15 year guarantee on his work, and - get this - said that if we changed our mind about the tree and decided to cut it down in the future, he would come back and replace the planks with holes in them with plain planks, all for a very low cost!

I recommend Maldonado 100%, and am posting a photo of the 6 ft high, 24 ft fence they put up with the cute holes cut out for the tree branches.

This is the third time this year we have hired Maldonado Fence to do work at our house. A 70' section of fence, a new backyard deck, and a just completed front entrance gate, simple design done on site, that is so sturdy, it will probably outlast us!

Poor communication, lack of follow through - at first we had a great experience. Then we stopped hearing from them all together. Promises were made regarding estimates, etc and there was no follow through. We finally did get an estimate, but a lot of info and things we discussed were left off. We communicated again to request what was not given and no response at all. We had such high hopes and wanted to hire Maldonado Fence Co.!
