My car had a persistent, very annoying cooling system issue that no mechanic was able to fix. At the recommendation of a friend of mine, also a great mechanic, I drove my car to Malibu Auto Repair and explained the problem to them. They patiently listened to my explanation and said: "No problem - we will take care of it!" In less than two (2) hours, - Voila! My car's cooling problem was 100% fixed! I expected to receive a bill in hundreds of $$$, but it was actually under $80 including tax!

On top of everything, Malibu mechanics are extremely intelligent, analytical and personable - qualities that are practically non-existent in auto-industry these days.

I am sure - after coming to Malibu Auto Repair and meeting Arcadiy, Gene, Valeriy and others (not to mention an absolutely adorable office kitty) you will make this shop your final stop for all your car care needs.

I found Malibu car repair service on Yelp. I am pleased with my repair service. I took my vehicle in yesterday monday Aug. 5th 2024. Due to some noise as I drove my car, they immediately identified the problem, gave me a quote, I accepted it, and they repaired my car. Mr. Arcadiy was easy to talk to. As a woman, I found the shop to be comfortable. I appreciate the service. If ever I have another car problem, this is the place that I will return to. Good service, good communication, and reasonable prices. Thank you all for your time.

Went to Audi to have routine maintenance and was told that I should replace my Brakes and rotors, to the tune of $4000! Crazy!! I found Malibu auto repair and read the great reviews and made an appt and met with Arcadiy. My car was put on a lift and the brakes were assessed. Arcadiy then explained that I had almost 50% of my brakes left-what a relief to not have to change my brakes and also to avoid Audi's predatorial costs.
Most of all, i'm writing this review because of the honesty of this establishment!
I have found a place that I can now trust and will return.

After Pep Boys told me my AC was leaking in several places and id need to spend $3200 to fix it I brought it to malibu where they diagnosed the issue as a faulty compressor.

Fixed it in under 24 hrs.

Parts and labor: $1200. Not nothing but way less than half.

KUDOS TO MALIBU! Here are some auto repair professionals who do great work at a reasonable price and they keep their word. Gennedy and his staff, including the person handling the billing, need to be congratulated. I needed my Alternator changed out. I had done my research on how long it would take and had the part and the belt needed and went to Yelp (for the first time for car repair) and got about 5 bids. Malibu's was the most reasonable. I got there, they did the work, were hardworking, polite & did the job in a bit under the time limit. Now, I know that if they found something else it would have been higher, that happens but in the big apple, especially lately, with repair other shops. I knew I had been taken advantage - not much you can do about it. Not Malibu. I found a repair shop I trust. Thank you, Gennedy and Malibu. When I need auto repair, I will be back. 5 stars

THE BEST !!! Been going here for years. Honest, reliable, professional. They do everything to perfection.

The guys at Malibu did an amazing job on my Range Rover Sport that was hit by a box truck.The bumper and side panel look flawless like it never happened. Dropped it off on a Monday and was expecting it to take a week and a half. They had everything finished the same week ! They even had the car washed for me when I picked it up. Thanks for the great work!

Great quality service. Technician knew what he was talking about. I felt satisfied as a customer.

They were open on Sunday to do some diagnostics on the engine problem with a Volvo S60. I had another mechanic do an emergency patch on an ignition coil to get home, but the car was not accelerating properly. Arkadiy (excuse me for incorrect spelling?) and his team checked the coils/spark plugs/engine and found that the fuel injector was faulty. All supply shops were closed on Sunday, so he told me that it will be worked on Monday. They had my car working around 11am, and he showed me the faulty fuel injector. Malibu will be my go to shop in the future.
