Wow! I mean Wow!!! I am so glad I found this place. My son is at Cal State East Bay and his car battery died and I needed to get this fixed ASAP. I called Mangale on a Monday evening at like 4:45 they close at 5... and they answered. The guy was so amazing and I was thinking he's going to rush me or can't help me. Nope! Complete opposite. He stayed on the phone with me, got all my information, told me what he needed, I text him the information, and no joke he literally had the battery overnighted. That's some amazing customer service. The car was towed, he texted me as soon as it arrived, and boom just like that a few hours later the car was done and ready. Ohhhh and, he gave me a quote on Monday (in writing) and that is what he charged me. Holy Smokes I was so impressed with this shop.

I can't say enough good things about it. I highly recommend them to everyone. I will 100% use them for everything while my son is at the school.

I've lived in Hayward most of my life, been to numerous repair shops that either overcharged me or really had no idea what they were doing, & had no idea this place was right around the corner from where I live. A good friend of mine recommended me to try this shop out, since my car was having some brake trouble, and when I tell you that not only was my car fixed completely, but was repaired in a jiffy! Jeff was the one who helped me out, answered all of my questions, & even gave me great suggestions to help my car run better in the long-run. Not to mention, great customer service, & the shop had a family-homey feeling. Will be coming back here for sure!

I always struggle and stress when it comes to car issues and I was so relieved the instant I called Mangale Motors. The crew is great and made me feel at ease leaving my new vehicle with them. They made it easy to communicate with them over text, and got me in and out sooner than expected! They made me feel like they were telling me what was going on with my vehicle and not pressuring me into any other services. These people were amazing. My aircondioning went out Wednesday. I went to my mechanic who said maybe next week. These guys diagnosed problem and texted me the bad news within 2 hours. New compressor... coming from dealer Thursday can have it repaired by Friday afternoon.
Needles to say they found my accessory belt was in need of replacement and my brakes would need attention soon. So thankful for their thoroughness. Repairs completed by 2 pm Friday and I'm home sipping a brew by 3. Great people, excellent mechanics I will be referring people to this business! Wish I could give more than 5 stars

This is a quality repair shop. I am very pleased with the engine work performed on my truck at a reasonable price. I am the original owner of a 2000 F-150 with 350k miles. For the past three months I was getting a check engine light with PO171 and PO174 lean codes. I spoke with Jeff and set up an appointment for the following week to replace my intake manifold gaskets which were leaking badly (smoke test). I had already replaced many engine parts myself but did not want to tackle this large of a project.

Well, after I got my truck back from the shop it drove very good with no error codes but I needed to drive it for a week to see if I got any more codes. I again got a PO171 code. Disappointed, I went to my Ford dealer and purchased Bank 1 and Bank 2, O2 upstream sensors and replaced them myself. It has been a few weeks now and I no longer have any check engine lights (CEL). I can now finally go get my truck smogged. My truck drives like I can go another 100k miles. Thank you again John and Jeff !

This father and son duo get the job done and are very communicative and fair. I don't trust my car with anyone but them.

Jeff was super helpful during the process of servicing my car, before and after. He maintained communication with me via text and phone call and was quick to answer any of my questions in full detail before I agreed to any work being done. I've had so much trouble with my Ford Escape and he was able to effectively service my car within a few days. Jeff kept great professionalism and his service was an overall pleasant experience. I will definitely be returning to him for future maintenance.

I saw a lot of good reviews so I decided to give them a call and ask an estimate for a transmission fluid and filter service on my car. I was baffle when I saw the price wasn't sure if that was the real price for getting my service done. So I did some research before I start considering done the service. The filter he charges me the original price 364 when it on sale online on their website 239.80. He also charge me 30.46 quarts so I needed 7 the total 213.22. But 30..46 for a quart? Plus it's not the correct transmission he putting in my car. Thats what it shows me online. So im just gonna pass on this
