The ants had been encroaching, but I thought I had them under control. Then I opened my dishwasher AND IT WAS SWARMING WITH ANTS!!!! I honestly can't remember the last time I was so grossed out. Actually, I can, but that's a story for another day.

The next morning I woke up to find an email from Joe, asking me to call him that morning. So I did. Joe knew exactly what those little bastards in my dishwasher and cat food were. Argentinian ants.

Friends, those ants were no match for Joe, who arrived right on time that afternoon and killed those ants dead. I watched the carnage and laughed maniacally, confident in the knowledge that I had won *this* round! Screw you, ants! You'll probably be back, but I have Joe in my arsenal now!

Joe's awesome. Joe works on Sundays. Joe shows up when he says he's going to show up. He even called me to make sure the ants hadn't surfaced for another attack. His rates are super reasonable.

We messaged him through Yelp last night about a wasp nest right outside our front living room window, and he responded within minutes with his phone number for me to call the following day.

When I called him this morning, he was so honest and professional. He suggested that this is something we can do on our own and told us where to get the spray. In his own words, he said, "I am not a great salesman." because he was not trying to sell us his service and was honest enough to tell us how to do it and how easy it would be. But his honesty and his expertise made him the BEST salesman. We decided we would rather have him do it for us.

Joe was able to squeeze us in same day and he came on time. He also discussed our issue with a rat which is getting into our garage and he said he'd look around the house to see if he can help. He set up a trap and some chicken wire where he can see the rat was using as an entrance. Joe gave my husband some really good advice about the trees and how the rat can use it to get up high to enter. So we will have to do some work but SO glad he pointed out what we needed to do because we could not figure out where it was entering.

Our homeowners association has been using Manor Pest Solutions for our spider problem for the past few years. It's something that requires ongoing upkeep throughout the year. Very honest, quick and professional company. The owner came out right away and gave a free estimate and free pest traps to figure out which type of bug we had. After a few days we called him back with the samples and he gave us a great solution and reasonable price. He came and sprayed one time and it's been almost 2 weeks and zero bugs have been seen. He did not try to force us into a lengthy contract, his products are pet and people safe and they work. Very personable, honest and professional. Would highly recommend this company. Will only use them in the future.
