Spectacular service from this company!! Vicky handled all the arrangements via phone, text and emails. Will came to supervise, and Luis did both our bathrooms. Black Marble that the contractor put in and then RUINED. He had a VERY sloppy crew here who took no care of our floors during the gut renovation of our apartment. There were stains and scratches on the tiles that looked liked they'd been there for years. It was truly horrible and super sad. MarbleBLUE rescued these floors in a day. I honestly thought it was hopeless. But we are super happy! Now our floors look like they should have looked the day we moved in - brand new!. Highly recommend!!!

They did an excellent job of cleaning the marble in my kitchen. The phone service was great and scheduling was easy. Vicky was very easy to work with and very responsible. The marble looked close to new after the cleaning. Would highly recommend Marbleblue for any marble cleaning needs!

In a city where dealing with contractors and workmen is predictably painful, expensive and results in poor outcomes, Marbleblue stands out as a glorious exception.

My experience was flawless. From the initial phone call with their coordinator Vicky, to the on-site visit by one of their experts, to getting the estimate and then scheduling the work. They put some luster into those tired marble tiles in the kitchen and bath, and re-grouted and polished the surfaces in a way that far exceeded my expectations.

These modern-day Michaelangelos are productive, pleasant and passionate about their work. If you have a marble or stone restoration job, give Marbleblue a call. They are certainly not into bargain basement pricing, but I couldn't have put my money to better use in home repairs than spending it on Marbleblue.

I contacted Marbleblue to check my white limestone floor of my big living room. It needed serious professional cleaning. It took three days to clean and polish it and the results are amazing.
The management is responsible and the work is meticulous. I am very pleased with the final result. They are not the least expensive but their work speaks for itself. I highly recommend them.

I'm very very surprised that Marbleblue only has one 5 star review - with the level of service and ease of getting everything done, I'd expect them to have a few hundred!

I will echo Srini's comment - my experience with Marbleblue was flawless. They are very accommodating and do their best to make sure that you are taken care of. They exist to serve, and serve you well they will. I needed some bathroom marble tops polished to a shine and had at first heard about an independent contractor who quoted me in the range of $1700 for a small sink top and bathtub rim and Marbleblue did it for $500. That is how reasonable their prices are.

They came in, did their work unsupervised, and miraculously left the place odorless and cleaner than it was when they came in. They are amazing and I'm going to recommend them to everyone in my building!

Marbleblue did and incredible job restoring our well used calcutta gold kitchen counter tops. We had etching, stains cracked grout lines and just overall damage. Our counters look brand new and not a sign of the previous wear and tear. Vicky was great to deal with and the technicians professional and respectful. To me the price was fair given the amount of work involved and the outcome! Highly recommend.

I was so thrilled with the level of service I got from Marbleblue today, that I didn't want to wait to write this review. As one of the other reviewers wrote, I'm surprised there aren't more reviews here.Without hesitation, I would recommend Marbleblue to everyone.

I recently moved into my new condo, and the prior tenant left my kitchen marble floor stained and dull. I was nervous about finding a company that would not only fix my floor but also not charge an outrageous amount. Thank goodness I found Martbleblue through a web search.

Vicky was a dream to work with throughout the process and made sure I got the Certificate of Insurance and Worker's Compensation I needed to get approval from my building to have the work done. Will came with Victor, the person who did the cleaning, both at the start of the cleaning and at the end to talk me through the process, let me ask my questions, give me tips on taking care of the marble post-cleaning, and make sure I was happy with the finished product.

And happy I am! It looks like I got a brand new marble kitchen floor! The ugly stains I couldn't stand looking at were completely gone, and the floor is so bright and shiny that I keep going over to look at it. I'm very satisfied with the work they did, the service and professionalism I got, and the price was extremely reasonable. If you're going to trust your precious marble to anyone, let it be Marbleblue.

I am beyond happy with the results achieved by Marbleblue. I was torn between ripping out my entire bathroom and starting over, or having a company come in to try to clean the marble and grout. I thought I would at least try cleaning first. What a great decision. My marble looks fantastic. It really looks brand new. And dealing with the staff is so pleasant. From Vicky in the office who gave me a very reasonable estimate and coordinated scheduling and insurance requirements, to the technicians who did the work, everyone was professional and competent. The technicians are true artisans who really know their craft. It's always a relief when you find any contractor who really knows their business. And Marbleblue really knows natural stone.
