Mr Marcelino came by with his huge company logo truck to assess the work that needs to be done, he verbally told me it's a 3-4 guys on this job, said he'll get permits, scaffolds, waterproof wraps and better stucco wiring that holds stucco in place. But For all his verbal assessment on site, he never followed up with an email quote as he had promised.

With the first rains of the season, one of our windows started leaking. We realized the issue was with the stucco at the deck above. After reading yelp reviews of different stucco contractors I called Marcelino Plastering and I am so glad I did. Asael Marcelino is very professional, punctual, friendly, and obviously very good at stucco. Honestly one of the best people I have worked with in the construction industry.

Soon as he started removing the plaster - we realized water had been infiltrating the structure for many years and there was significant damage. Asael is a great problem solver and has a very positive attitude, he quickly worked with us to remove the rotted wood and fix the issue. Even while we encountered several weather events. The work is now complete and we could not be happier.

This winter when the rains started I found I had a leak in my roof that did damage to my living room ceiling. It wasn't damage that you could just stucco over and paint. It needed an artist to fix this. I found my artist in Marcelino Plastering. Asael explained exactly what he needed to do and the steps involved. He was very responsive, punctual and professional. The way his crew covered EVERYTHING to keep the house clean was unbelievable. Every nook and cranny was covered and when they left you would never have known they had been there. I would be remiss if I didn't mention Dinni, Alvaro and Elias. They were so respectful of the property and did beautiful work.
I hope no more leaks but if it happens again I know exactly who to call.

I replaced 35 windows on my house and they did a great job removing old stucco around windows and blending in new stucco matching the existing finish. They did an incredible job keeping the property clean and free of debris. I'm very happy how responsive Marcelino is and willing to work together through a tough project to make sure you get what you want. I can tell he uses good product and cares about the end result! We were in the middle of a remodel when our general contractor employed unlicensed plasters to install paper and stucco around all the new windows. They did a horrible job and didn't install paper around the windows which would lead to leaking. The stucco was just thrown on as evidenced by the stucco on the new downspouts. It needed to be completely removed to add the correct moisture paper to prevent leaks. Marcelino did an amazing job and it turned out beautifully. We highly recommend Marcelino's Plastering.

Marcelino stepped in to handle our stucco repair during our window and dry rot project. The were professional, competent and fair. They worked well with the other contractors and the weather and made sure we achieved the best outcome possible. Would definitely use them again and recommend to family and friends.

We had water coming in from where the stucco meets the chimney. Marcelino was very patient helping us figure out solutions. He wouldn't even let us pay him until the whole situation was resolved. He was very professional, on time, clean and just overall great to work with. I'm sure we will call him back for other projects in the future!

After sending me an estimate, he was extremely thorough in describing the process of the job and the materials used. Asael and his crew are fantastic! We had a 8' X 20' wall of nasty moldy stucco that Marcelino Plastering came in and replaced in only 5 days time. Asael was extremely punctuational, and the communication was always on point. The previous owner installed a sliding glass door without any appropriate flashing, and drilled a support beam of the deck right into the stucco wall. Years of water poured right into the wall, and Marcelino Plastering ripped it all out, put in a new deck beam, did all the stucco work, and made everything look perfect. I didn't have time to price other contractors, but when everything was amazing the cost was totally worth it.
