Mari Eli Cleaning Service

I just had my house cleaned by two members of the Mari Eli team. They were thorough and efficient. I am happy with the services.

Vivia came right on time this morning and did a very thorough job all on her own. This was our third time hiring her.

With three young children, our house is often cluttered with toys and books, but Vivia makes sure to wipe or vacuum under the clutter, and not just around it. She also tidies up the clutter afterward, which I really appreciate.

I also asked her to deep clean some bathroom items that we've neglected, including some step stools and potty training seats, to which she replied is pretty standard with her services. She cleans everything, not just the toilet or sink.

Just for reference, it took her 3 hours to clean our 1260 sq ft house. Would hire again!

The three ladies came to visit our house with big smiles, which was a good relief, especially when having someone in your house. They asked a couple of things and started immediately. Efficient, quick, and delightful crew! Also, they seem to be enjoying their time together as I could occasionally hear some chatting and laughing.
We've used many other companies before, and I'm happy I found this company. Will return!

I hired Maria and her sister/business partner to clean my two-bedroom apartment for move-out. They were communicative, prompt, friendly, and efficient. They arrived early, brought all necessary supplies, and did an excellent, thorough cleaning job -- baseboards, light fixtures, and other commonly neglected areas got careful attention as well as the obvious areas. Their rate is very reasonable too!

I hardly leave reviews but I'm so pleased with my first clean today! All the usual stuff was sparkling but they also did the little things: made bed, put away dog toys, cleaned windows and window sills... I could go on! Hire them ASAP

We've been using Mari Eli Cleaning once a month for about 4 years and I can't recommend them enough. We keep our home relatively clean (for having three kids) but it's always a treat when the cleaning team comes. They do an outstanding job every time. Eli has been cleaning my house for almost 8 years. She is lovely, efficient and does a wonderful job! She is always attentive to areas that I would like special attention to always gives me a heads up when she is on her way which I appreciate.

TL;DR: Vanessa and Leticia were the dynamic duo that did a fantastic job cleaning a 1BD/1BA. Their hard work shows, and I'm pleased with how clean the place is! I would hire them again in the future.

The deets: I chose to book with Mari Eli because of the Yelp reviews and took a chance. The booking process was pretty straightforward: I requested a quote via Yelp, entered my info, and within 15 minutes, Maria sent me a price estimate and a breakdown of their cleaning services. Maria and I agree on a date, time, and the number of cleaners. Booked! Vanessa and Leticia show up on the scheduled day, and I point out and explain what can and cannot be cleaned. There was a bit of a language barrier (they both spoke Spanish and used Google Translate to communicate with me), but it wasn't a huge deal. I had to step out momentarily, and they waited for me to return before they could leave to ensure I was happy with their cleaning after I inspected the entire place. I used Venmo to pay Leticia, which was convenient. Thanks again!

We recently had our third child and were struggling to keep up with the house. A friend recommended Mari Eli so I reached out to them. Both Vivia and her mom were very responsive and we set up a site visit right away so I could get an accurate quote. Vivia was so sweet!! She assessed our house and gave me a very reasonable quote. My two shy cats even came up to her and let her pet them! We scheduled a deep clean for the following week. Vivia showed up on time and got right to work! She wasn't able to finish the house before I had to bring home the preschoolers so we scheduled a follow up visit for the following week. I was grateful that she didn't rush just to get it done. She came back the following week to finish up.

Her cleaning is amazing. We moved into this house 2 years ago and it wasn't this clean when we moved in! Our glass shower glistens like new, all the corners of the floor/baseboards are scrubbed clean, she got all the oil off the stove/hood and the whole place smells really clean! We so enjoyed having a clean house. Call Mari Eli- you won't be disappointed!
