Marin Automotive

I brought my just purchased 1967 C-10 pickup to Marin Automotive to do a diagnostic on it and make recommendations for needed repairs. I've been impressed with the work ethic and communication from the team at Marin Automotive. I read reviews from a lot of shops in the area and got a sense that these guys are a local gem and a place a lot of families trust with their cars and it's true.

The great news is I got a good truck! Their were a handful of wear and tear type repairs that were recommended, all at a great price. What made the experience exceed my expectations was how they took their time to provide a thorough inspection, the way Daniel explained his recommendations, his knowledge about these trucks, and all the easily looked over things along the way he noticed about the truck that were quick fixes that he took care of as well.

I look forward to bringing my cars to Marin Automotive in the future.

Whoaaaa, crazy expensive. I brought a friends car here and the original quote was much lower than the final (I know this is not uncommon). They were fast and professional and explained things but.....

Angel and Daniel at Marin Automotive were so helpful! I was in a smog certification doom loop - it took multiple attempts and 2 trips to Honda to address issues before the car passed smog certification. Angel and Daniel explained everything in detail at each step, and they also provided Honda recall info that I did NOT get from Honda! My final bill from Marin Automotive was only $73. I will definitely be back!

Fabulous, fast service and local...I needed a smog check in order to renew my car registration. Having only recently started driving again, I was apprehensive as to where to go. Marin Automotive couldn't have made it easier and faster, literally with the whole process taking merely 15 minutes. Also, my brain filed away that they offer general automotive services when I should need it...

These guys and gals are wonderful. Really easy, kind, and punctual to work with. Always do good work and they are honest! So glad they are my neighborhood mechanics!
