Omid I want express my full appreciation for everything he did for my mom and I today! He offered us the best car buying experience ever! He was very direct and honest, which is what you want from a car salesperson. Explained everything very clearly and gave extra information when needed or confuse. I would highly recommend this place to everyone! The service and help they provide is top tier! Thank you Omid so much for making my wish come true!!!

Bought my car almost a year ago. Car runs fine but had problems in the process. Since buying the car, there has been many small issues that I didn't catch in the process. Partially my fault but also from the dealer.

Brakes squeaked for many Months and later found out that the brakes weren't greased at all and warping the breaks.

Car was previously wrapped and it was not properly pealed off.

Missing tools for spare.

Back seat and plastics were clearly taken out and not put in properly.

Car had 1/4 tank of gas and asked if they can fill it up and they said no.

Overall lots of small problems that I didn't like. Some my fault for not looking at the small details but still not happy with the low quality of getting the car 100%.

Wow did you see he actually commented on my response. Be careful here don't ever buy here his sales person was on the phone calling and calling begging me to take the response off while he denies ever selling me a truck. The truck was junk falling apart to many problems to list. But he couldn't even call me to apologize for ripping me off. I bought a car from Deluxe motors not far from this dealer had an amazing experience no problems car runs amazing and I got the car for a third of what I would have paid here. Omid knew the truck had major problems and still sold it to us.

We had been car shopping ALL day trying to find the right car for the right price and this was one of the last stops on our list (after 8 hours of shopping and driving 150 miles). Most of the dealers in the Bay wouldn't compromise on price for a used Honda Odyssey Touring and we were starting to think we were going to go home empty handed. We had gone to most of the big named dealers from Tracy up through San Jose, San Francisco and ended up in San Rafael.

Even though the lot is small, it's definitely worth a shot. This dealer had some really nice cars! They worked with us not only on price but on even sending us headphones to go with our cars DVD player. Masood was our sales manager and he did amazing job! My husband can be a little bit of a difficult negotiator and Masood worked with him every step of the way. He was vey professional, helpful and accommodating. In the end we bought a beautiful Honda Odyssey Touring and left the dealership very happy with our purchase. We've already taken the car on a small road trip and it's runs amazing! It's the perfect car for our large family.

I'd recommend this little dealership to anyone looking for vehicle. It was definitely worth the drive.

I got my car from these guys about 2 yrs ago.
From start to finish these guys answered all my questions and wasted no time. My credit was pretty shot yet they managed to get me a loan. I just got my pink slip and the car still drives like a dream. I've had no issues and would highly recommend them. Their car selections are pretty legit.

If there were a zero star option this business would surely be getting it from me.
I had the absolute worst car buying experience here. Upon receipt of my vehicle it was absolutely filthy. Melted crayons and glitter all over the back seats and cargo area and a layer of unidentifiable grime over every inch of the interior. I was promised to be set up with a detailing appointment (and a full tank of gas) which never happened though I contacted my salesman multiple times to schedule. I moved out of state a month after purchasing the vehicle and after contacting the dealership to request compensation I was offered $100 which will certainly not cover all of the detail work which needed to be taken care of. There are scratches all over on the paint and the rear bumper was very obviously hit and scratched up a lot. I have been going back and forth with them for nearly two months and have not received the $100 check though I provided my new mailing address twice. I was also told I would be given a second key and this has not happened either...they have flat out refused to take care of that and I haven't heard from them in weeks. Bottom line is never trust a used car salesman even if he does claim to be "a man of god."

After a couple of months of hassles and thousands of dollars of repair that reportedly was in excellent condition., I have learned a painful expensive lesson.

I've spent a few months looking for a very specific high performance luxury car that fits the price/mileage/feature/color ratio that I'm looking for and finally found one at Marin imports that is exactly what I'm looking for. A Mercedes Benz E63 AMG. I live four hours away and had to secure financing and essentially close most of the deal over the phone without seeing the car. I was comfortable with this because I'm VERY familiar with the vehicle and knew it was what I wanted.

Everything about the transaction was smooth and the salesperson I worked with, Cole, was very helpful in answering my questions via email and text. And he went out of his way to text me dozens of extra detailed pictures that I asked for.

Cole, my salesperson, wasn't working the day I was able to pick the car up and Omid, the manager, closed the sale in person when I arrived. He was a really helpful and cool cat who made the transaction really easy.

Now let me explain why this is a 4 star and not 5 star review. The vehicle had black plasti dip on the rims which, for those that don't know, is like a temporary paint that lasts a long time but is then easily removable in case you'd like to return your painted item back to stock. I didn't want the plasti dip so I asked them to remove it (which can take a few hours) and they did that at no cost to me. The issue here is that once the plasti dip was removed, the dealership found out that what was under the plasti dip were rims whose finish is pretty much destroyed. 19" AMG wheels can cost upwards of 5000 dollars for 4 and although these rims were functionally perfect, they are aesthetically GARBAGE at this point. They didn't inform me of this before I made the journey to go buy the car and when I got there I was shocked and disappointed.

Fortunately I already had plans to have the rims sand blasted and powder coated to a gloss black, and as long as I could convince them to cover my costs of doing this, then the deal would still go through. I spoke to Omid and after working on it for a few minutes he was able to lower the price of the car enough to cover my costs at the powder coater. So it all worked out.

If they would have shown me the rims before I made the journey and we figured this out over the phone this would be a 5 star review.

Over all I'm still VERY pleased with the dealership, the employees, and the car.

I bought my SUV from there almost a month ago and so far I am very happy. I got a great price, we did not have to bargain much, they took care of all the documents and I left with a new car for less than 2 hours.

I also traded in my old car and forgot some stuff in it and they were very nice to story them back in their office so I could pick them up later.

I'd definitely recommend them.

Yunes has made the car purchase easy and quick. He is an honest seller and not pushy at all. I would defiantly suggest this dealership. Even if they seem small, they sell a lot of cars because they have a good selection of unique cars. I couldn't be happier with my recent bmw purchase.

Update: the bmw that they sold me had damage in one of the doors that they said they'd fix. They fixed and it looked fine at the time of the purchase but after a few months the paint started showing bubbles. Turns out that they painted over the paint, very dishonest people be aware. I even put a good review for them previously but apparently they cheated me.
