      We had a great experience buying a (barely) used Volvo here tonight at a fair price. Overall, it was so refreshing to go to a car dealership that was not at all pushy or focused on upselling. Lili Mera helped us from start to finish and we couldn't have been happier. Once we had made our decision, she made the car buying as quick and painless as possible - she even printed out an array of coloring book "paperwork" for our four year old to work on while we worked on ours. Everyone we encountered at the dealership was professional and friendly. We are loving our new car and we hope our service experience matches the buying experience.

      The best dealership !
      As others have said , I have been coming to this location for 18 years , Vince B has sold and leased , several cars to me ,
      He is so classy & not at all pushy .
      Easy to work with & as others have mentioned , it makes u want to buy here .
      The Price family really run this so well .
      Matt Quinn , is simply the best , all the service dept is
      Wonderful .
      Tim , longest employee here , always has smiles and so much goodwill .
      I wish I had the names of others that have gone beyond to make everything nice .
      Last time , Tim dropped me at Enterprise, in Mill Valley, he reminded me to return the car to them and they will deal with it & as he left after walking me inside , he yelled , I love you !
      That's how this dealership is !

      Years ago , I was having a low day and I thought I was hiding that & Tim came and sat down on the outside bench and told me I was one of the good ones ,
      It was touching and sincere And I think he sensed I needed a pep talk .

      I always leave this dealership happy and in a good mood , the only exception, was
      When Matt Q was gone and the service dept was not like usual .
      All of that is no longer the case .
      And the place is poppin like it always was .
      And service is excellent.

      I was a random stranger from the internet that happened to come across one of Marin Luxury's latest listings. When I inquired about the listed vehicle, I did not expect a response for at least a day or two. However, to my surprise, sales rep Luis Davalos responded within just half a day.

      From the start, Luis was extremely professional, courteous, and attentive.
      I have dealt with many different dealerships and sales reps in the past, but I never knew the sheer difference that a seasoned high-level sales rep could be until this pleasant transaction with Marin Luxury Cars.

      Everything down to the details was legit. Luis kept me in the loop throughtout the entirety of our deal, and was able to get me all the necessary paperwork via text and email.
      They were even able to accommodate me in taking delivery of the vehicle, despite living over an hour and a half away. I am beyond stoked to have found such a great dealership and sales rep.
      Shout out to Luis again, for making this deal such a smooth and easy transaction. No BS, straight to the point. I will definitely be referring my friends here in the future should they be in the market for similar types of vehicles. I would deal with them again in the future for sure!

      I brought my car in for an appointment- annual service (from SF). Since I live in SF, I told the service agent that I would pick the my car the following morning at 8am.

      During the day, I received a request via text to install new brake pads - I declined via the text and told the service agent that I will have my local repair place manage this service - he acknowledged.

      The following morning I arrived at 8am to pick up the car. For approximately 20 mins, no one could find my car! Finally, they discovered the car was up on the rack being prepared for new brake pads! So, no authorization for the work, but the mechanic was moving forward to perform the work.

      I had to wait an additional 30 to 45 minutes for them to put the car back together.

      There was such a disconnect between the service agent and the mechanic (back shop) and the lack of preparedness to pick up my vehicle as promised, I do not recommend this company for any service. In addition, I was told that my car was washed and ready to go the afternoon before and that was not done as well - before they put the car up on the rack the following morning first thing service that was not authorized.

      It is unacceptable for a dealer's service department to provide such poor service for such routine service.

      Best car buying experience ever! Sal was wonderful to work with and he helped make the day go smoothly and quickly. The price was in line with my budget and the car is exactly what I wanted and then some! It was worth the 100 mile drive to get the car I wanted and be treated so well. Thanks Sal and Aloha!

      I have bought two fantastic used cars from Marin Luxury Car. I was lucky enough to meet and work with Vincent Betar. Vince made the whole process both times so easy - zero stress. He was delightful, patient, knowledgeable but most importantly he made the process fun and easy. He let me think about it, ask questions, leave, come back, drive the car multiple times till I knew for sure the cars were the right choices for me. I went to other dealerships, test drove other cars, the sales people were very nice but the experience was very different, they wanted answers and a deal today, not Vince he let me take my time. Vince ease made me want to buy from him. The first car was 5+ years ago, I was so happy that he is still working at Marin Luxury Car. If he wasn't still there, I'm not sure I would have bought the second car. Also, Michael in the finance office was great, he got me in and out in less than 45 minutes! Everyone at Marin Luxury Cars has been terrific. Oh another added bonus, they gave me a very, very fair price for my trade in. Thank you Vince and Marin Luxury Car I am so happy with my beautiful new car!

      So happy to finally be done with my vehicle search!

      Let me just say that everyone here is truly amazing. A big thanks to Omar for being extremely helpful and making the car buying process not suck. I had been all over the Bay Area looking for something that checked all of the boxes for the vehicle I wanted which I ended up finding in my Range Rover Sport HSE. It was extremely convenient being able to complete most of the process online and loved the option to have it delivered to me.

      Thank you to Cash too for the warmest welcome I have ever received at a dealership. =)

      I used to think of integrity and luxury whenever I thought about Land Rover and Marin luxury cars. I used to be a proud client, appreciated and loved the high level service and care I received, so much so that I went and purchased two Land Rover discovery model vehicles from this location in the past four years. Unfortunately, there must have been some internal changes that have taken this from a luxury class experience and sales and service, down to a deplorable and uncomfortable experience, which has gotten so bad that I no longer want to keep my business here. There is one shining light left within this organization that I would like to speak of, however, and her name is Nancie. so many times we came in and were greeted like family by Nancie and her adorable service dog, Pennie! She is the service front of house, representative and receptionist, and I can say that her chair and professionalism truly created a luxury experience that made me proud to be a patron and a client here. When a consumer chooses where to put their money, we consider, all of these factors that end up becoming the total overall experience with a company. marine luxury cards is supposed to provide the customers with a luxury experience, and Nancy provided all of that. Her appearance, her warm, greetings, her professionalism, and her honesty, as well as helping with service that needed to happen or making good recommendations of how to handle insurance etc... across the board she is exemplary. we really felt like we were part of a family and had a luxury experience every time we needed to come in for repairs or service or annual check up on the cars. At this point, the general vibe and efficiency of the whole entire organization has declined so drastically that I would rather go to Carmax, then to step foot in there again! I was always promised warrantees, and to be taken care of an accommodated if there were problems that came up, and honestly, I was not taking care of at all EXCEPT BY NANCIE and a couple of other team members there in service. I now feel that all the lip service I got was commission motivated and The general vibe of the rest of the organization is commission hungry sales people who do not truly care about customers or safety or the integrity of the brand and the experience of the customer. in order to keep luxury experience for customers like myself and my family, you have to retain employees who exemplify that virtue and value. Value is not always about a dollar and I would rather pay more to be treated well and to be accommodated and to feel like I'm walking in somewhere with my family where people genuinely have a long-term vested interest in our experience and care/ if it wasn't for Nancie and a couple of the other individuals in the service team over there at Marin luxury cars, I would not have been comfortable to buy my second vehicle there and now seeing how things have declined I do not want to come in and buy another one. I recently went into inquire about trading in and buying a new one and I was received with so much rudeness. I can't even believe that I'm in the same place that I was for the past four years. I genuinely hope that corporate is reading this and I would like to be contacted to speak in detail about my experiences, but I cannot give enough high. Praise to the few individuals in sales and service who have been good to us and I hope that this organization really gets their internal dynamics together and starts treating, their customers as well as their care team with the type of luxury experience that we pay for whenever we buy Land Rover/Jaguar.
