Mari's work is fabulous -- I brought my wedding dress in for some last minute alterations and the dress came out amazingly. Ended up bringing my husband's tux for alterations as well. Price is very reasonable and the turn around time was excellent. Highly recommend and we will be returning.

I had 3 suits altered here.
The price was great and the reviews were great, so everything looked good to go. Surprisingly they gave me a 4-day turn-around time even though I wasn't in a rush.
The suit coats turned out great, no problems there.
Well, the front-to-back seam let go on all 3 of the slacks, and one of them happened while I was wearing them, just before I was to be on stage to speak in front of a large crowd of people (thank goodness for safety pins!!). It was after this happened that I checked the other 2 slacks and found they were faulty as well.
I never ended up going back because I was pretty upset and probably wouldn't have handled it well, not to mention if they failed on 3 different slacks I didn't think they needed another chance at messing them up again. As for the quality of work, it's a 1 star obviously), but everything else would have been 4 or more. They were nice people and seemed to do typically good work based on the reviews. I'm a business owner myself and I know stuff happens, so this is just to share, I'm not here to slam anybody for making an honest error.

I love her Mamá Mari's work! Mamá Mari is an artist she helped me be a pretty angel.
She helped me make my first mantilla for my First Communion and it is beautiful. She helped me design and style it so I can be Jesus ready for the altar. I love the stitch quality is everlasting. The service requested was received immediately. Pricing was reasonable for high quality.

I purchased a formal dress for a wedding that I am coming out in and it would not close from waist to mid-back. I thought I was going to have to add a corset or do something major... maybe even lipo, jk. However, Mari said she would be able to keep the dress looking completely original with alterations undetectable; she completed that task as promised within a week. She is fast, reliable, reasonably priced, polite, and talented. GO!

This is the second time I have taken a suit to Mari to be completely tailored in a short amount of time and she has again delivered! I ordered a suit online that came in waaaay too big for me, and with only a week until the ball, I ran over to Mari for her to help me. My suit looked absolutely amazing and fit me so well after she was done with it. Whether it's hemming a few of my pants or tailoring an entire suit, she always delivers and it looks amazing!!!

I came to Mari's for the first time last Fall with a bridesmaid dress that needed alterations. It was very last minute (my fault) but they were happy to accommodate and get the work done with a quick turn around. The dress was chiffon and didn't have a lot of structure but the ladies at Mari's did some serious MAGIC and added support to the bust that I didn't even know was possible with that fabric! After they took in the waist, changed the straps, and hemmed the dress, it fit like a glove. They really made me feel beautiful. Again, all within a super tight turn around. For the work they did in such little time, I think the price was reasonable. I just brought in some more dresses for another wedding and I can't wait for them to work their magic! Mari's Alterations is seriously the best - great quality, fast, and all around good people.

I went to Mari for a zipper repair, she repaired it quickly, and it looks great. It was a bit pricey, $35 for a zipper seems a bit steep.

I would go back for speedy service and a quick turnaround.

I took an old falling apart coat. I just wanted to do the minimum, I hesitated about a new zipper and pocket, and decided against spending the money.
When I went to pick it up, it had been done for free.
I was so touched!

Mari altered my leather pants and did a great job. Recommend her to anyone. She listened and took direction and was fast!
