Master Car Care Auto Body & Glass

My '06 Odyssey got a rock chip on front windshield on way to camping over Labor Day weekend, then it expanded longer and longer by the end of our trip. I brought it to In-and-Out Auto Glass (Master's other store), and have had wind noise since. It was like a loud bird whistling, and could hear it at over 20mph. I brought it back to In-and-Out SIX TIMES, they tried to help me, but problem was never fixed. So I decided to try its main store as it's more convenient. Tony, the owner, was so helpful and courteous. He replaced the windshield for me, at no cost, and I paid for the brand new moldings. Now I can finally drive in peace, without having to blast my radio in order to cover the whistle noise. I am so very happy. Thank you, Tony - superb customer service. I will definitely go back for other auto repair needs. Greatly appreciate it!

My car literally died while I was driving down the street and THANKFULLY I coasted down the road and parked right in front of Master Car Care. Ben came out to talk to me, asked about the issues I was having, and diagnosed the issue.

I left my car there over night and the problem was fixed the next day. My window was also broken and they fixed that for less than what I was I quoted for at another shop.

Grateful for their help during a difficult time and would absolutely recommend them. I will definitely come back in the future.

I've been taking my BMW here since the day I bought it used back in 2012. ONE Time I went to the Steelership because I wanted to have the loaner car, but it turns out that the BMW dealer on Howard has the worst service department known to man.

From the days of Mario and Tony and Mike and then Ben who is just amazing, I've always been taken good care of at MCC. I don't know how they do it it seems like they have so much going on and yet they always take excellent care of my baby and send me on my way with a very fair price. I think we can all relate with the fear of taking our BMW to get repaired. These guys will even let you bring the parts in and just do labor sometimes. I don't know maybe you have to be a long time customer since most of what they do now is auto glass.

I just wanted to leave another review and tell everybody what a great shop this is filled with hard-working honest mechanics who get the job done! Are you looking to be coddled? Hand held all the way through the process? Do you have 1 million questions that you want answers to? Then master car care isn't for you lol!

I would say it helps tremendously if you have the ability to diagnose your repair and what is needed before you bring your car to them. Even better if you have your own parts, but rest assured you will be served best if you've done your homework ahead of time that much I can attest to. I'll post a picture after I pick her up!,

I had my car broken into in SF for the first time. My windows were smashed and I was able to get my windows fixed the very next day by Jeff. Super quick turnaround, amazing customer service, great prices, and high-quality work. Couldn't have asked for better care after an unfortunate situation.

Another business in Daly City recommended this shop. Since day one the business owner, Ben, took care of me. I explained to him my situation in regard to a paint and scratch job my infiniti needed as my car isn't getting any younger like me .

I scheduled an appointment for him to view my car on a Wednesday and he took it in that day after we made the deal he would handle it. A referral goes a long way and he was honest and had great reviews on Yelp as well.

I sent him what my insurance sent me and he was able to determine the best price and what was fair for what I needed.

Fast forward a week later and I am picking and driving my car as it looks brand new with the new paint job and fix on the side door.

Below I am posting the before and after. I totally would come back and use him or send him all my friends and family.

Fantastic, life-saving people here. For the second time in the pandemic, and on my second vehicle of the pandemic, one of my esteemed fellow citizens broke into my car in a bold smash & grab. This latest time came about in a 5-minute window when I popped into a store but, given the times, and the war zone we live in, was on due consideration all my fault. Be safe out there friends...

Given the only way out is through, an urbanite with a smashed window needs a reliable shop who can install a replacement. The unfortunate mishap took place Thursday night, so I retreated home. Then on Friday at mid-day I gave these guys a call, and life rapidly sorted itself out, as follows:

-Man, they were really sorry to hear that. That's a drag.
-Yes, we do have that window for that model of Hyundai in stock; no problem.
-Yes, we can install it today. Bring it right now and you'll have it in an hour, hour and a half.
-Oh sure, come by whenever you want, and pick it up whenever you like before 6:00.
-$150 all in--parts, labor, tax; the bill will be $150.

(Last time it was a quarter glass on a Kia; $120 flat after I haggled a bit; this time I was so overjoyed and grateful I accepted his price right off.)

All came off exactly as promised, and everything works great.

Good show. Bring them business; they will hustle for you and take care of what you need.

I'd give 10 stars if I could. They painted my X5 bumpers and fender flares and did a superb job, couldn't be happier. They definitely got a professional painter upstairs. More jobs to come for you in the future. Thanks to Ben and Tony!

Jeff and Ben are absolutely fantastic! Master Car Care is a one stop shop for all your vehicle's needs, from car maintenance, wheel alignments, auto body work, window/glass repair and replacement, they do it all!

I brought them my car for some custom paintwork and they went above and beyond to make it look amazing and fix some mistakes that another body shop had done... Master Car Care also helped me swap out some parts on the car to make it function like new again.

I cannot recommend these guys enough. Top notch customer service, very knowledgeable people, and they will absolutely treat your car like their own!

Forgot to do a review the first time I brought my car to this shop. Let me tell you first, Ben the owner awesome person to work with. Besides his staff very professional and did a tremendous job on my car. Today I also brought it in for a hit and run so i am very happy that they are going to work on my Jaguar again
