Double trouble in my kitchen sink. Not only was the drain clogged but the pipes were leaking badly.

Request was to to fix a leaky tub faucet. It was most likely shower cartridge. But given this was a 19-year-old single handle Delta install, I didn't want to tackle it myself in case of complications.

Abdul provided a very fair quote, came out on a Saturday afternoon and communicated well through the job even though there was several complications.

There was so much corrosion that the handle needed to be cut off, as well as the ring holding the cartridge in. For not much more than the original estimate, he did this additional work cleaning out corrosion and provided an entire new lever and trim kit.

I was extremely grateful that the job was completed and a very reasonable time frame without having to wait for additional parts to be shipped and forego the use of my shower.

It has been a few days and everything seems to be fine with zero drips.

This is the 2nd time we've used Matt's Plumbing. This time it was a jammed up garbage disposal and the smell was horrendous. Abdul came equipped with a great new disposal which was much better than the one I just bought from Lowes. 12 year warranty vs 3 years.

With our personal schedules jam-packed it was priority for us to get this taken care of quickly. Very impressed with Matt Plumbing. I messaged the company thru Yelp at 11:10 am on a Saturday to repair a shower faucet at our rental that suddenly stopped working. Within a few minutes I received a response asking for more details. After a few text exchanges he planned to come over after another job...a lot faster than I was expecting! He communicated directly with our tenant to schedule the repair and arrived on time. Adbul called me to update me on his findings and what his plan was. He was very clear and upfront on what needed to be done and the price. By 1:30 pm the shower was repaired. He called me back to summarize the work he'd done and the instructions he gave to our tenant. We paid him with Zelle which was convenient.

Abdul and his team saved the day! We had been having problems with our drains backing up almost every month for the past 2 months. We've worked with one local plumbing company for many years, but lately, they have not been consistent in their work. This past weekend, our drains were clogged and we needed someone dependable to come out and take a closer look. We asked our neighbors who they trusted and Abdul was highly recommended.

Despite having a packed schedule, he was able to fit us in for a quick visit. I My wife met him and he immediately asked her all kinds of very important questions, something no other plumber had ever asked. He then immediately went down into the crawl space and spent a lot of time looking at all of our pipes. After his review, he shared his findings and gave us a quote right away. He also said that he could move some things around so that we could have our entire sewage pipes replaced a few days later, all in one day.

As promised, he showed up with his crew this morning and they got to work right away. They pulled out all of our almost 70-year-old pipes and replaced them with new, high-quality pipes. They dug out a trench and replaced some old pipes with a new cleanout to help prevent and address any problems we may have in the future. Abdul was here the entire time, and doing a lot of the work. You don't see that kind of dedication too often, where the owner continues to lead by example and is right there every step of the way.

While he thought he could finish by 4 p.m., they found additional problems that were not found initially. He and his team worked on our home for close to 10 hours and got it all done and cleaned up.

We are super happy that we chose Abdul to come and help us with our plumbing problems. He is dedicated, hard-working, smart, and communicates everything with us, so we know what's going on every step of the way. That kind of service is rare.

Abdul replaced my garbage disposal quickly and for a bargain price. But the best is what a kind and pleasant man he is. He came in the early evening and he left having me as a customer for any plumbing I might ever need.

We called on Saturday, on Monday he brought a new garbage disposal. First he checked our old one, it was dead. The new one was more horsepower than the old one. Very good price, he worked fast, did a good job, then cleaned up everything. He was a very pleasant polite worker.
