I recently upgraded my sleep setup with a hybrid mattress and frame from Mattress Firm, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! The combination of plush memory foam and supportive coils has completely transformed my sleep experience.

The mattress is incredibly comfortable. It provides the perfect balance of softness and firmness, cradling my body without feeling too mushy. I wake up feeling refreshed and rested. The frame is sturdy and well-constructed, providing a solid foundation for my mattress.

The customer service at Mattress Firm was fantastic. Art was knowledgeable and helpful, taking the time to understand my specific needs and recommending the best options for me. The delivery was prompt and efficient, and the delivery crew was friendly and professional.

Beware if purchasing from Mattress Firm, read reviews. We purchased high end mattress and adjustable bed frame for guest room. The delivery guys are clueless how to keep dirt from packaging material getting on carpet, mattress and bed frame. I asked politely to remove shoes, and be careful. Installation was a disaster, dirt and grease from packaging accidentally got on new linen bed frame. I hurried to remove dirt/grease while guys watched. They never finished the install, as a result bed base was never placed correctly. Meaning it's not placed in correct position. See pictures.
To make matters worse they won't come back to finish the install with correct placement. If you're looking for a smooth experience, buyer beware! We now have to hire a moving company to place bed in correct position (due to heavy adjustable bed base.) You are on your own for clean and proper install!

Claire helped us pick out a mattress for our son. She was great to work with - very friendly, transparent and did not try to pressure us into a sale. While we probably could've gotten a better price on a similar mattress at Costco, without Claire's help we would not have known what we were looking for! If you're in the market for a new mattress, I recommend working with Claire.

Our sleep expert, Goose was amazing. He made shopping for a mattress a fun experience. We had issues with a previous mattress and Goose wanted to make sure that did don't happen again and took his time not just to educate us on the differences in mattresses but also to inquire about our sleep and comfort and how each mattress could impact our quality of sleep and our health. He level of knowledge about mattresses and their individual impact was very impressive and since I have had lower back discomfort with previous mattresses he also explained how to properly use the adjustable platform for optimal comfort and results. For anyone who is looking for a new mattress, this is the guy. I did not think shopping for a mattress could actually be a memorable experience but Goose was able to do it. Great job!!

UPDATE! *Our mattress, box springs and frame were delivered yesterday with no issues! We received great communication when they were running a little behind and when they were on their way. So appreciated! The men delivering were very nice, respectful and efficient! Another outstanding Mattress Firm experience, thank you!* My husband and I had an outstanding experience today with Art! We came in to "look and get information", but ended up buying a mattress, box springs and frame. Art is so warm, friendly, knowledgeable and a great listener! There was never any pressure and we learned a lot! Art was so patient with our questions and very thorough addressing our bed/sleeping needs. We never expected to have such a wonderful experience buying a mattress! Thank you Art!

BUYER BEWARE: Initially, I would have given Mattress Firm a good review based on my sales experience at the showroom. The sales rep seemed knowledgeable and spoke highly of the warranty programs in place to back up their product. I even recommended them to a friend.

Sigh, after 4 years, my expensive mattress is sagging in the middle of the bed when you sleep. I fall into a black hole at night. I reached out to the store and was directed to the warranty website where I had to submit pictures of the mattress. No phone call, no personal email, nothing. They determined from the pictures that the mattress is fine. The pictures are not representative of the issue and the email back offered me the opportunity to pay $80 for a service call (not including travel expenses) for a third party opinion. They also included a 20% coupon for a new purchase.

I work in customer service and I am completely appalled by Mattress Firm's lack of service. The mattress I had prior lasted 10+ years. My investment in this mattress was not worth it for a 4 year purchase or the frustration I am experiencing.

We purchased a mattress at Walnut Creek and a tall gentleman with the first name starting with the letter "A" and ending with letter "t" was helping us and reassured us we had 30 days to try the mattress out and if we had issues we could return/exchange it no questions asked. We were getting numbness when sleeping on the mattress and when it was time to process a refund he refused the return and said he was tired of entitled customers. He is chauvinistic and overstepped his boundaries as a salesman to save his commission. We had to get the district manger involved. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. We ended up buying a mattress through Costco and no issues with returns or inhumane people.

Sad to make a bad review because the young man that helped me was outstanding. But after waiting 3 weeks for delivery, ultimately Mattress Firm could not deliver the product I ordered. I asked for a refund and of course it was granted , but now waiting for more than a week for the refund to return to my card is really not cool. 48 hours ok. But they're now saying 14 days! 14 days for a refund is just not good business. Something is definitely wrong with Mattress Firm as a company to not promptly refund a customer when they could not deliver (literally).

Steve and Art gave me great service from the time I walked in. I actually came in just to take a look at tempur-pedic pro adapts and planned on purchasing elsewhere but the guys were so helpful I purchased here. Both Steve and Art went above and beyond to get me exactly what I was looking for. Will be sending anybody I know looking for a mattress to these guys
