Mazda San Francisco

Ridvan (Red) was a great salesman who catered to our requests and answered all our questions. He offered great service that came as a relief after test-driving other brands where we felt others were too pushy or not being transparent about costs. Red took significant time to take us on test drives (we even came back twice to consider different models), pointed out differences in trim levels, and walked us through the finance process while making us feel at ease.

Truthfully, Mazda wasn't at the top of my list of considerations for a new car, but with Red's service and expertise in showing all the features and benefits of owning a Mazda, we bought one with no regrets. I highly recommend him and Mazda San Francisco if you want a vehicle.

AVOID this place if your car is not under warranty or if it's not being services for free. Otherwise, they charge exorbitant prices. Instead, find a local mechanic who can deal with Mazda cars for air filter replacement, coolant exchange, etc.

(See the images attached) I was changed $1000 in labor charges while the cost of the products used was $500. A local mechanic might've charged me $300-$500 for all of these services including installation (lost over $1000). Who charges $200 for coolant exchange when the coolant itself is $29??? They also don't wash your car before returning as it's SF. So just avoid this place unless they are charging $0 (you'e car is under warranty)

Recently purchased a new Mazda with Clark Datuin at Mazda SF. The process was incredibly easy, no nonsense, and incredibly smooth. Great communication and follow-up throughout the process. Clark was very knowledgeable about the full Mazda product line, the specific vehicle we decided to purchase, and how it compares to other cars in its class. The finance department was also great to work with, and didn't try to upsell on anything unnecessary. A+ experience all around.

I am grateful an thankful for the help of Jose & Joe over at Mazda San Francisco , right when I got to the facility I first met Joe , he welcome me an my family , I set down with him an he guided Me thru all of the things I needed to get started, then I met Jose an greeted me an family, Jose also helped me an guided me of things that I had to do on my vehicle purchase , customer service is Amazing , they kept in touch with me throughout all the process, If you are looking for a new vehicle for yourself I highly recommend talking too Jose & Joe they will take care of you, take my word a great experience from start to finish .

Lets first get the car out of the way. My first Mazda and I'm absolutely in love. Bought the MX5 from Mazda SF and it couldn't have gone more smoothly. Started the process (I'm in Capitola) via email and finished in person on a Saturday morning. I was in and out in a couple hours. These guys are the sweetest! Clark, Jose and Joe....shout out! They don't want to sell you a car they want to help you buy one (and yes guys, you can use this but I want a kickback). The best experience when it comes to lease or buy a car! This is my 4th car with this dealer and couldn't be more happy with the service this people always has given me. JOE and MASOUD are the people to go to, smooth process, doesn't feel pushy to sell you a car, they work the numbers and always find a way to make it work for you... seriously I don't think you will find this type of help, inventory and professionalism in the Bay Area period.

Good experience with dealership. One price on used vehicles. Still trying to decide for my wife but overall pleasant experience. Test drove the vehicle and the route was excellent, able to test acceleration, braking, and turning radius on the vehicle. Also went on freeway to listen cabin noise. Would recommend if you're in SF and really considering a Mazda.

Was in search of a new car that was best for my needs and my commute! Met with Jose at SF Mazda who had patience, made me feel comfortable and most of all he made me feel like he wanted to get me into the best deal and car for me!
