Moon resolved a nearly impossible issue. Our glass slider, double hook mortise lock, was stuck in the locked position. We were told, by another locksmith, that we would have to replace our entire sliding door along with a new lock in order to fix this, (potentially costing us $$$).
Thankfully, Moon came to the rescue! He successfully removed the stuck lock and I was able to replace it with a new mortise lock I found online and install it myself.

Worked w/ Moon on getting all of the locks rekeyed at my rental. He was super efficient, and gave me a good deal on getting 10 locks done. BTW, the prices for all these locksmiths are per lock and not per door. My bad.

Since my locks are a smartkey, I'll be redoing them myself the next time I need new keys.

Great locksmith and great customer service. Moon created a custom solution for our issue and we have been very happy with our new keypad. The work was excellent and the lock matched our fancy custom door very nicely and looks great. The whole thing was fairly priced and we recommend him highly.
