Mcclean Laundromat

A pretty clean place to do laundry and the prices aren't too bad. Smaller dryers are $2.75, medium $5.75, large $7.75. The dryers are all large and are 7 minutes per 25 cents. I've gone on weekends and it's not too busy. I did lose 2 socks and I'm pretty sure I checked the washer and dryer to make sure it's clear. Going to try and just leave my socks in the laundry bag to prevent this. I've never lost any article of clothing from a washer and dryer. Hopefully it was just that one time. They have a bathroom that is clean.

While I appreciate the service....I am missing jeans, underwear, and a Ralph Lauren sweater. I'm from California and didn't know I should check my laundry before leaving the store. I went back the next day but was unable to get my questions answered and the owner never called me back.

I go out of my way to come here because the owners -- AND most of the other customers -- are so friendly and pleasant!

There are (I believe) FOUR different sizes of machines, which is a big plus for those of us who like to sort.

All the equipment, including the change machine, is kept in working order. The dryers are blazing hot.

There's free, fast WiFi and a clean bathroom.

When weather permits, they prop open the front and back doors, which creates a lovely breeze. The back yard isn't fancy, but it's neat, and it's nice to be able to sit out there while you wait.

It's a bit of a tight squeeze inside, and it can get frustrating when it's crowded, but somehow it always works out.

(I do wish they'd post their store hours somewhere online.)

Moved to staten island a year ago and this has been my go to laundry. Nice staff and from what i have witness very honest, if someone forgets or drops clothes they hold it and give it back next time they see you.
With this whole covid situation i have lost track operating hours. Someone plz comment recent hours?

This place might not look like much from the outside, but they are running quite the laundry service. When we first moved to the Island, we were lacking a w/d...I'm a little leery when it comes to laundromats, but they provide outstanding full-service wash-and-fold, with same day service and delivery. It smells so good and fresh w/fabric softener my husband refused to finish the laundry rm (can also bring your own softener etc. for personal pref). We did eventually get our own, but they are still our go-to for Dry Cleaning, and large items to be laundered, as they are more equipped to handle comforters, curtains, etc. The owners and staff also provide very friendly customer service. Nice personal touch from the owner to even txt me a Merry Christmas this year. Love

When using the drop off service the laundry is ready on time and in several cases earlier than promised. Only had one issue where I received the wrong pillow cases but an honest mistake as the colors were close. The owner is top shelf a very nice man who treats you right. The clothes are folded and sorted perfectly
