Michael and his team were absolutely phenomenal. We had a very tight timeline and they managed to not only complete everything on time but also with great care and quality.
They did our floors, roof, interior and exterior painting, lighting, and completely remodeled our 2 bathrooms.
The thing I appreciated the most is that he kept us in the loop on the progress and was a great consultant to us. We are first time home buyers and it was great to be able to get his advice.
Highly recommend them and we are already thinking of new projects to work with Michael on! Also shout out to Matt and Jay - best team ever!

Mike was extremely responsive through the whole process to replace our back door to the house. The work was done quickly and efficiently. He also provided a lot of insight on potential improvements for the future.

They did an excellent job with our light fixtures. They were prompt and very professional. Everything was clean after they were finished. We will definitely work with them on any future projects we have around the house.

As an update to my original post, we hired Mike and team a year later to fix the outside of our house and it exceeded our expectations, which were already sky high based on how our interior turned out. Mike and team updated our insulation and siding, painted our house, and installed and painted new doors/shudders and accessories. It came out amazing so now the outside matches the inside! If there was an option to give Mike and team more than 5 stars, we would! We would recommend him for any job no matter how big or small!

My husband and I decided that we wanted to redo our bathroom. We started by researching contractors and getting estimates. We came across Michael by doing some research online and were honestly lucky we did. His reviews spoke about the attention and care he and his team put into their work. Michael came to our home and spent time with us going over everything, making recommendations and providing us with the detail they would take from start to finish.

The day of demo came and Matt, Jay and Angel were careful and clean about the entire demolition. Michael guided us along the way on recommendations and kept us informed. We were fortunate to have Matt and Jay do the majority of the work and I cannot say enough about how professional and courteous they were throughout the job. Their work was meticulous and every day they would update us on where they were, when they would be returning and how long remained to complete the job. When it came to the tile work, Mainor did an excellent job on the tile and was extremely thorough. We were so impressed with the work they did that we asked them to do additional work and they did not disappoint us. This was one of the least stressful home improvement jobs we have completed and it was honestly because of Michael, Matt, and Jay. I would use them again and again and highly recommend them for any home improvement job.

Mike and his team did an amazing job with my basement renovation. I was worried about working with a contractor as all I've heard is horror stories on how they never show up when they say they will, and jobs take 3 times as long and cost twice as much as they say. Everything pretty much went as planned and Mike communicated everything to me the entire way. I couldn't be happier with how everything came out.

They put in new laminate floors, put drywall up over the wood paneling, installed recessed lighting, new baseboards & crown molding and a new 8ft sliding glass door.

My shed was actually crushed by a tree the week before they started the job, so they ended up doing the demo and installation of the new shed as well. Now I'm just thinking about what other projects I can have them work on for me next!

After a less than ideal experience with a previous contractor Michael and the entire MDR crew have renewed my faith that there are still honest hardworking contractors. Michael took the time to discuss different options and suggested several cosmetic and cost saving ideas that I didn't even know were available. I am absolutely in love with my new kitchen. As the owner of an older home with several more upgrades to come MDR will be my go to contractor from now on.

My wife and I bought a new house a year ago and I have found it difficult to find good contractors I felt I could communicate with and rely on.

Michael was two days out from his wedding, but took the time to talk with me late in the afternoon to advise me on my job. He got me the quote not long after the wedding and worked the job in fairly quickly after that. His crew was friendly, communicated well, and kept things cleaned up. The work they did was also very clean and blended well with the existing tile. the price was reasonable and payment was easy through a PayPal-generated invoice.

I have yet to test out the shower that was leaking to confirm the issue was solved, but based on my experience so far I have full confidence that they will take care of us if we do need further assistance. I wouldn't hesitate to hire MDR again.

MDR recently installed new back doors for us and we could t be more happier! They replaced the back door and storm door and added a storm door to the front.
They made sure to take their time and were very meticulous on every single detail. They tested everything along the way and cleaned up.

The guys also noticed that one of the storm doors had some damage when opening it up, they brought it back to Home Depot for us and replaced it.

Michael made sure to stop by and review everything and noticed a small rubber piece on the front was missing and purchased it and sent it directly to the house! He offered to come back to install but it was easy enough to pop right in.

Highly recommend! Very nice job, great people!

Michael, Matt, Jay and team did an AMAZING job. Everyone on the teams where polite and professional. My place looks great!!! They are reasonably price. I did individual quotes and they were in line but took the stress and responsibility away of managing it myself.
