Mendoza's Cleaning

Hired Mendoza's for a deep clean of a relative's house. It was quite the project. Given the state and time constraints, they did a good job. Alicia was responsive and the cleaners got down to business as soon as they walked in the door.

Mendoza's Cleaning did a phenomenal job!! We had to book last-minute as we are moving into a new property and were not aware that it hadn't been cleaned. They quickly confirmed our appointment and arrived on time. Their quality of work was fantastic. They cleaned all surfaces in the home, got spots out of walls and baseboards that we couldn't, and left the place smelling and looking amazing!! We will reach out to Mendoza's next time we need a full-service clean.

I love this business. They are professional and consistently excellent. I especially appreciate the flexibility with my schedule, and the fact that they take care of their employees.

I have been a client of Mendoza's cleaning for nearly 2 years. Alicia and he crew do great work! They are flexible with our schedule when special circumstances arise. Alicia is very responsive and we couldn't be happier with our bi-monthly service.

I was looking for a biweekly cleaning service for my apartment and at first I left a voicemail and they gave me a call back, I asked a few questions and wanted to see what is included in their package. After reviewing, I accepted and after they never responded. If they didn't want to move on with the service they simply could've said no or they are not taking any more clients, simple. Their communication is very poor and i'm a little disappointed as they seemed they had great service!

I have never been a fan of cleaning. As a kid, I was forced to clean as a punishment. As an adult, I just don't want to do it...and I'm ok with that... :) It's not that I'm lazy or dirty, it's just that the time spent cleaning can be spent spending time with family & friends.

As my wife and I teeter towards 40 years on this planet, we are thankful for the privilege to exchange money for time. Coming to this realization led us to utilizing the cleaning services provided by Mendoza's Cleaning. For almost a year, we have used their cleaning services. Having our time back from not having to clean our home is priceless!

On a bi-weekly basis, Mendoza's Cleaning arrives at our home. Staff are generally on time, and the owner does a great job of communicating if staff are running late. Staff are polite and are extremely efficient (it generally takes them an hour to clean three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms). After a couple of cleanings, we noticed that the staff picked up on our patterns of organization.

The really cool thing about Mendoza's Cleaning is the attention to detail that the staff exhibits. My son loves how the staff arranges his stuffed animals on his bed, my wife loves the way staff arranges her hair care products, and I love how staff rearranged the items on top of my nightstand + dresser (I can actually find things now)!

If you want your time back, but still cherish the refreshing smell of a clean + organized home...I HIGHLY recommend Mendoza's Cleaning!

I was so pleased with Mendoza's cleaning. They did a thorough job, were detail oriented, friendly and on time. I highly recommend them!

Update: the owner Alicia reached out & offered to redo the clean AND pay for the blinds. Instead i had her add the bedrooms to the clean as a covered service. This went very well & the new group of ladies were very thorough this time around, fixed everything that was missed & did an awesome job on the bedrooms. I appreciate Alicia's customer service & quick response. Will hire again for sure.

I know they worked hard, so this review is hard to write. I am heavily pregnant & asked for a deep clean since it is hard for me at the moment. I stressed that baseboards & blinds were on the top of my list as far as priorities. I found the baseboards still dusty when i got home. Lidia replied that they cleaned them but "it is difficult", which is why i hired someone else to do them. I also dont think this is honest because loose dust is not difficult. If she had only dusted them, i mightve understood, but they dont look touched. My blinds.... Found one broken after they left & taped haphazardly. Lidia did not mention the break at all. When i opened my blinds the next day (i use them every day), i noticed & asked her. She said it was already broken. She said it was glued together & fell apart when she cleaned them. Even if this was true, she should've mentioned this. And i know this NOT to be true. None of my blinds are glued.... And i checked just to be sure & there is no evidence of glue. I decided not to be too picky yesterday, there were windowsills that were still dusty, she only cleaned 1/2 of my sliding glass door, & i was planning on hiring them back, but i cant put up with dishonesty. They were only hired for main living areas, not bedrooms, so that there would be plenty of time to be detailed.

Ladies worked hard from 12:30p to 5:00pm, my apartment was a total mess and they turned it around and made it smell nice.
