Kenny was top notch. I picked the car I wanted and he made it happen for me. He didn't beat around the bush. He cut straight to the chase came at me with numbers that were feasible and made the deal happen under an hour. If you want a straight shooter that'll handle business for you without all the dealer ship BS most dealerships have listen to me and to see Kenny!!!!!!!

Amazing Astounding Atrocious...
Luxury vehicle perhaps. This location, ridiculously absurdly horribly failed from day one. About a year ago management changed hands. Be aware. This is also the time I unknowingly purchased a 450GLE which has been a continuous thorn in my side.
From NO special treatment to TOTAL lack of treatment. Currently I have a car for sale! No time for lackadaisical, absent-minded, neglectful establishments. Luxury dealership this is NOT.

Let me just start off this review by saying, thank you Mercedes Benz Of Rocklin. Thank you, thank you, thank you. And more specifically, thank you Michael Jackson, Kenny, and the rest of the lovely team involved in helping me with my first car buying process. Michael Jackson and Kenny primarily worked hard to help me with the process of buying my car. I've been looking specifically for a CLK550 for about half a year now. When I saw this car pop up at the Mercedes Benz Of Rocklin dealership, I just had to scoop it up! Michael Jackson helped walked me through most of it and Kenny worked hard to ensure things worked out! When I got down to Sacramento after a long last minute Amtrak commute from LA, Michael was there at the station to pick us up. He was very accommodating the whole time. He got me and my girlfriend food, chatted us up with some very interesting and insightful topics, and worked hard to make sure we were comfortable the whole time. When we got to the dealership, the staff were nothing but friendly. Greetings from everyone, staff checking in to make sure we were ok, etc. Their service was just as amazing as their cars! Honestly it felt like we were royalty the whole time. The location overall was beautiful. It's a Mercedes' enthusiast paradise. My girlfriend could not get enough of their fancy coffee machine. Overall, the buying process was smooth and fast. John Reyes had me in and out ASAP. He explained all the documents to me thoroughly, was very transparent the whole time, and was very patient with me as well. At the end of it all, Michael Jackson made sure the car was all good to go and made sure to greet us off as we departed. You could tell he genuinely cared and wanted to make sure we would have a safe travel back home. Honestly, I can't thank Mercedes Benz of Rocklin and Michael Jackson enough for being so patient and helping me all throughout this whole process. If you're looking to buy your next Mercedes Benz, it's worth checking out this dealership! Be sure to specifically look for Michael! :)

These bums sell lemons. Never again. Don't go here. You'll regret it. Don't believe anything they say.

I took my Mercedes AMG GTS in to Rocklin CA Mercedes dealership to have a Windshield replaced and they broke my carbon fiber side skirt. I brought to their attention even had Scott Hodges (service mngr) come out and look at car. Not only did they break my side skirt they screwed up my Windshield putting it in and scratched my center counsel while doing some upgrade to maintenance system. I've been trying to get them to fix it and they are just ghosting me at this point. I've gone there in person and they are in meetings 24 hours a day 7 days a week! Ridiculous! I thought Mercedes was supposed to be extremely service oriented for as much as they charge for their vehicles. I've gotten ahold of Mercedes USA but even they couldn't get ahold of the general mngr. Talk about horrible service. Any help would be appreciated!

Bought a BRAND NEW car here that ended up being a lemon. 2024 glc 43 AMG with 10 miles on it. At about 900 miles my check engine light came on and I found out the radiator was blowing engine debris through the entire system.

Reached out to my salesman, Ronnie, and he refused to respond or say anything. Dealing with Mercedes Benz USA has been a nightmare. Stick to BMW, their reliability and customer service is way better.

Also, Mercedes rocklin, El dorado hills, and Arden are all the same company FYI. If for some reason you have to own one, go to the Bay Area.

While my post has nothing to do with Mercedes it does have to do with disrespectful staff who feel they have privileges above the law.
Two staff, driving the dealer golf cart drove up to Starbucks and parked in handicap parking. i politely informed them that they could not park there and they basically blew me off stating thanks for the info lady, and walked off. It does not matter who you are, who you work for or what clientele you cater to. No one is above the law.
I immediately took this picture to the dealership. I hope it is dealt with appropriately and they learn their lesson . Maybe a day without pay and assisting the disabled would make them understand.

In addition to waiting 4 weeks for my new car to have a major repair, the loaner car they gave me was very dirty. When my car was finally ready to be picked up I was shocked to see it covered in 4 weeks worth of dust and bird crap. They didn't bother to wash it. I could barely see out of the windshield. I could have gone back into the dealership to complain but I really wanted to get out of there.

Do not purchase their GAP insurance! I did and ended up paying off the vehicle early so I am entitled to a partial refund. I have received the runaround from This dealership for 2 months now. Left messages and sent emails for GM Nathan Salib, Finance guys Robert and Abdulla, and messages for Tia and Vanessa in the Business Office. GAP co. Confirmed they refunded dealership over a month ago! Dealership was lovely when I bought the car but now they could care less about me. Now I have the unnecessary task of hiring an attorney to resolve this .

I recently had someone break my door window when they broke in. Called Mercedes service department, brought the car in and was quoted $2850 to replace the window. Quite a bit more expensive than I thought it would be. So, I called Safelight and they replaced it for $220. What a scam and ripoff Mercedes is. I will never go back there. On top of that the service advisors try and upsell you with worthless services at inflated prices to make their quota. Trash service, ripoff pricing and poor communication.
