I can not say enough good things about my experience at S FMercedes service, Henry my service advisor is phenomenal. It is So refreshing to know that you are not being taken advantage of..... the honesty and true professionalism of my experience with Henry has been unmatched in 40 years of owning cars. Nothing but good things to say when it comes to SF Mercedes and Henry our service advisor.

So far I've had a great experience here, Memo is super helpful, he helped me with my Mercedes. Memo helped me with an issue that needed to be resolved. Thumbs up for memo!

Also working with Ray Jew who is super patient, professional and helpful. I had to call Ray a dozen times and he was informative and responsive. Highly recommend him.

The showroom is beautiful and spacious and newly remodeled and a joy to hang out in.

I'm dealing with my second customer service disaster in a row from SF Benz.

In the first one, they jerked me around for months over a repair: ordered wrong parts, never communicated, didn't complete the ordered service properly, held onto the car for ages. When I posted a negative review, they at least acknowledged the problem and offered me a credit against a future service.

Six months later, I'm almost two weeks into the same nonsense again. It's almost as if they're repeating a script. Ordered wrong parts, didn't respond to my questions, and then introduced a new problem which I found immediately when I went to pick up my car, so I wasted half a weekend morning for nothing.

The incompetence and lack of communication are breathtaking.

It's my 4th car purchasing Mercedes Benz in 9 years at this dealership, amazing experience always ! We are very happy with our young and energetic salesman Evan and of course the most efficient lady Daphne in the finance Dept, their professionalism like no others. I purchased my vehicle with very specific specs, massage chair, wheel, color and was able to get it here all the way from LA within a week !!

Do not hesitate to contact Evan, best salesperson, he is knowledgeable, patient and fun, definitely the best customer service and pay attention to every little details: adjust my heads up display height, pairing my iPhone, even peel off the clear stickers inside the windows for me with care Thanks Mercedes-Benz of San Francisco

The service department opens at 7:30 and I'm first in line for Service B today. Will update as the day progresses.

I purchased a vintage 280SL from MB SF and had major issues with the cars title (mileage was missing) that caused the car to be worth dramatically less than I paid for it. They took no steps to remedy the issue and I am now suing them. There are more honest and reputable dealers out there.

my car got stolen and vandalized. I took it here and I had to deal with Andre. He was really rude and unprofessional. He barely answered my messages and every time he replied me 'tomorrow I will update you', and this was his answer for 2 weeks. When finally my car got diagnosed and I decided to not repair it, he gave me 2 days to tow it away otherwise I had to pay the storage fee of $150. As I live far from the dealership, I asked him a favor of taking 4 pictures of the car, for the new buyers, he was annoyed by that, told me he would have done it, and never did. And he told me I was rude for asking such a thing. Really disappointed by him, he shouldn't deal with clients like that, especially victims of theft like I was.

Great sales team and great new lot.

This new dealership has lots to offer in one space, not all chopped up like the old dealership location.

Tammy from sales is absolutely wonderful to work with. And kristopher is very knowledgeable about products.

I bought an EQS 450 sedan. Tammy is my sales person.

I have range issues with the vehicle and this dealership is not addressing any of the issues post purchase, the vehicle had service recalls before delivery and they were not addressed. The manager Katrina never replies to any emails.

They are unprofessional and rude and have no customer support.

Most of them don't understand English too.

I would not recommend this dealership if your looking for service post purchase
