I recently got into a serious car accident, and Juan, the tow truck driver, went above and beyond just towing my car. From the moment we met, he was incredibly professional and understanding. On the way to the body shop, we had a great conversation that really helped calm my nerves during such a stressful time.

What truly stood out was that even though my insurance didn't cover the ride back home from the shop, Juan negotiated with his supervisor to make it happen. This level of care and commitment to customer service is rare to find. Juan is not only great at his job, but he's also a genuinely good person. Highly recommend!

Our car overheated, so we ordered a flatbed tow. Mansoor with Metro Towing came to the rescue within 15 minutes. He was so friendly and considerate, and he was careful handling the car. We had a quick and painless tow experience. Highly recommend.

The dispatcher could be polite, respectful, and empathetic to people who are calling and distress. They can also be honest about their arrival time instead of saying what the insurance or the customer wishes to hear.

Metro did a great job with my RV. Rishad contacted me promptly and stated in contact with updated arrival information. He was very courteous, explained clearly his process, and executed it smoothly. He first jumpstarted my RV using a remote starter, and we kept it running while he hooked up the RV to his tow vehicle. He drove it carefully to the tow location and make sure I was satisfied with everything before he left. Would highly recommend!

I'm in the auto repair business and I can tell you there are a lot of bad tow companies out there, these guys are awesome. And the price was a lot less than expected. They could have taken advantage of us since we were on a bad spot, but they didn't. Thanks Alex and your team.
