This company MI-Box is amazing.
I was very impressed by Faith who processed my order. Faith's was a delight to work with. She made the process very easy, and answered all my question, whether it was on the phone or through email.

The drivers were also wonderful to deal with.
Very professional. They gave me a courtesy call before they came. Just a pleasure to deal with.

I would recommend this company to anyone.
And their prices are lower than other competitors.

I will use them again if I needed to.

I used Mi Box for several months. I had them deliver the pod to my home. The delivery was great. Driver was very friendly and professional. Box was clean. Unfortunately I didn't really take advantage of using it as I had hoped. Wanted it to store things I was going to keep as I cleared out my garage. I lost my motivation so it was a waste for me but totally nothing to do with the company. They are great. When I called to have them pick up that went well too. A different driver. Called me prior to arriving and it all went well. I would definitely use them if I needed this type of service again and I do recommend them. I do with there was a less expensive way to do this type of thing.

Jeremy delivered a Mi-Box to my home this morning right on time. He was friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond with situating the storage unit. This experience has been easy and seamless from Brian's call the day before delivery to the actual delivery.

Overall decent service. Have had a couple issues however.

1. Call center is not very reliable and gives out wrong information. When discussing with main office to clarify a certain employee is consistently rude and dismissive.

2. (The main reason for the review) their pricing is misleading and probably intentionally. We ordered 2 containers to be dropped off, left for packing, picked up and stored, then delivered to a new address and then picked up again. We were told that our new address was outside of their area of 25 miles and would have to pay $2.75/mile round trip for both the delivery and then again for them to pick up the containers. Our new address is 53 miles from their warehouse.

They priced it out as $2.75/mile each direction instead of round trip and claimed their paperwork (see photo below) isn't misleading. If you use their service ask more questions and be careful I guess. We ended up paying double what I calculated based on their estimate/documents.

We used these guys for a year or so to store some furniture as we were between selling and buying a home.
We had their large container. We were happy with every step of the process from their flexibility in picking up the box, accessing it a few times during the year of storage and clearing out of it when we no longer needed it.
Every individual we encountered was courteous, responsive, and accommodating.
Highly recommended!

These guys are awesome, and have saved my clients when other storage solutions failed them at the last minute and had put them in a bind. To the rescue was Mi-Box and will continue to receive my referrals for quality storage with support.

MI-BOX was wonderful! I rented the largest unit for over a year. It was perfect! The office was so helpful if I needed anything. Brian was my main contact, he is so friendly and funny! I had a great experience with MI-BOX!

These guys are an amazing locally run business. Not only did they work with me and my very unique situation, but they beat the competition in price and service. The team that was super accommodating from delivery to pick up. I could not recommend them enough.

When I really need to move/store property it's MB San Diego, far less calls and loopholes the better. There is a similar company that does what they do but MIBSD is better. My hope is as they grow the service stays, I've used them at work and home.


Drivers are far more caring and heartfelt then others. I hope there containers stay clean. This is a must when someone is handling your property.
