Mighty Vault Storage

I was calling to see if they had an available spot for our trailer to store, so I called the phone number listed on the business, which was (707) 838-7315 on a Saturday, and left a message. No return call for 3 days, so I called back on the following Tuesday. A woman answered the phone with "Hello." I said, "Is this RV Storage?" She said "This is _______" and stated her name. I said, "Ok, so is this RV Storage?" She said "Yes and I'm on vacation, call back tomorrow" and she HUNG UP ON ME. Wow. My heart goes out to her if she was having a bad day/week, but that was really bad for business. I'm pretty sure I WON'T be calling back.

We stored our travel trailer here for two years. We never had any problems. Staff was nice and so were the fellow renters. We sold out trailer and no longer need a storage spot but will for sure be back once we get a new one.

I have stored my RV with this storage for about 12 years I find the manager to be helpful and kind it is a gravel yard but they do haul in new gravel. You can get a hold of the manager 24 hrs a day 7 days a week as her cell phone number is on her card the office door and the gate.

Overall if you have a small craft or something less then 8' wide, the place is probably a good value, and you will probably be fine. However, we did not have a good experience. Just after we rented our space an 11' pontoon boat was moved to space next to us. The spaces are 11' feet wide, (11' - 11' = 0" clearance on either side of that space). The trailer on the other side was right on the line as well. This left us with a very tight space with no margin for error. Once parked it is impossible to move in between the trailer to put wheel covers on or lower the stabilizing jacks. The manager is difficult. Once you sign the lease assume you will be on your own and that what happened to us might happen to you.

Yes, it is a dirt lot that you can park your RV at AND they have a dump station. Unbelievable value and no restricted hours of use .. you can go in sun up to sun down 7 days a week, 365 days a year. That is good service and yes they have had people abandon RVs there and that sucks so they have reasonable policies. The owner can be hard to talk to on the phone but stop by, say Hi, show them your rig next time instead of being so butt hurt.

I've used this place for years and had great interaction with the owner who is kind and easy to talk with. No issues with storage or security as there are a few other businesses around the area which I believe makes it more secure due to the foot-traffic. Not a fancy place but easy to access and inexpensive.
