Such a cute cafe! I ordered the matcha waffle. It was made to order and the waffle had the perfect taste and texture. The rose fairy milk tea drink was also delicious. Definitely worth the visit!

Cozy little Cafe in the Champlain area. Wifey ordered animal waffles/ and rose latte I peach waffle/ lavender London fog latte.
At the moment there was once staff working so she took our order at the front where the menu stands is. Then went to the prep area to start our order. A few more Patrons entered and she had to pause and take their orders as well.
We waited patiently as she prepared our order and when it came we were a bit surprised as to what my wife ordered. They were cute mini I'd call them more pancake than waffle, animals served on a rubber duck shaped bowl for those of a younger denomination. A plastic cup with syrup and a mandarin orange. The animal "waffles" were dusted with powdered sugar.
My peach waffle shown in the Pic was crispy on the exterior and soft interior, the peach syrup was delicate and not overly sweet. Served a la mode with vanilla ice cream. To me was perfect. As the sweetness level was just right for my tastes.
The milk in my lavender London fog was the right foamyness, and perfect temp. The only critique I would say is the flavor was very very light on the lavender London part. I believe the tea bag should be steeped in the hot water longer before the addition of milk to allow the flavor to release. After I let the bag sit in the cup longer and dipped it in and out a few times I got more flavor but it was still light. Overall though the experience was nice and relaxing. Definitely loved the waffle.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jul 21, 2024
We happened to be in the area and decided to stop by this neighbourhood cafe. The staff were nice and service was quick since we were the only customers. We ordered a hot vanilla lavender latte. The espresso was weak and the drink tasted like it was watered down.

A cute little cafe in this quiet neighborhood. Great for people living in this area. Friendly staff.
Limited parking in the little strip mall and on the street.
The menu is right by the door after you entered. Order and payment are also there, just have to wait for the staff to come over with the machine and take your order.
Menu is more of snack food like waffles and pastries. Limited choices for soup and wrap and sandwich. Nice selection of tea and coffee though.
I had the strawberry mocha and bacon and cheese waffle. The combination of strawberry and mocha is not great, I will not order this again. Love the pretty latte art though.
The bacon and cheese are mixed into the waffle batter, so you get little surprises with each bite. Good with the syrup. The waffle is freshly made.
This is not a place I will specially make a trip to. I may stop by if I am in the area but nothing compelling here.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Apr 21, 2022
Cute little shop nestled in a little strip mall on the side of the street. The shop feels a cozy and has a space in the back for younger kids to play in. There are also books to be borrowed and read while you are enjoying your coffee and snacks.
The lemongrass chicken breakfast sandwich was unique and quite tasty. The chicken was juicy and the lemongrass flavour did not overwhelm the rest of the ingredients.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Feb 14, 2022
A cute little home-style cafe nestled in the quiet neighborhood of Champlain! Designed for local families in the area, Milk & Honey is a great place to sit and catch up with friends, read a book, or enjoy a hearty meal with a relaxing cup of joe. They have a fairly small menu, but some of their items are pretty unique and tasty like their rose fairy tea latte.
The food was mediocre. Everything tasted premade and it felt like they heated it up in a microwave because my soup was luke warm and the wrap was ice cold. Though, I do admit the sausage patty in the wrap was super flavorful and had a unique taste, everything else was sub-par. The food wasn't greasy, but it was definitely very oily since I felt sick after eating half of my meal. The Rose Fairy Tea Latte on the other hand was refreshing and delightful.
The staff was friendly and the service was great! Unfortunately, there's no heating in the facility so it was freezing cold, so I would not recommend it to people looking for a place to study. With that being said, it's a great place to have a quick coffee or tea and catch up with friends since there's a lot of table space and the chairs are fairly comfyHelpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Dec 23, 2022
A quaint little cafe with a play area for young children. Small dining area, with some tables and bar seating. A cozy little mom and pop shop. I came on a weekday for lunch. There were one to two other tables there. Only one staff member, so be patient. Service was great though. I tried the matcha waffle, chocolate chip waffle, and black sesame latte. The waffles were fantastic: crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The batter for each was different and matched the flavour. Mildly sweet and paired well with the syrup that came with them. The black sesame flavour could be stronger in the latte.

Great Cafe that has taken up the space vacated by the legendary ' Lupii Cafe' .
Lupii was a Vegetarian haven with a real Community and Sustainability Vibe.
Now Milk and Honey is offering tasty snacks and a myriad of hot and cold beverages.
Their Waffles are awesome and there are several varieties including Cheese and Bacon and Chocolate.
They also serve Vietnamese Lemon Grass Chicken in Wraps and in a Waffle/ Chicken Combo.
I usually get two waffles for $ 10 which is a good value.
Sometimes , I add a delicious Lemon Cookie.
They also make excuses coffee beverages.
Peacefull and relaxing with friendly efficient staff.
A children's play area in the back area.
