I've been coming to Mills-Peninsula for years for not just my own services, but that of my family as well. Both of my children were born at this hospital and we had a caring and smooth experience each time. It is easy to utilize My Health Online to keep track of your appointments, view your test results, and send messages to your care team. There have been a couple of billing errors over the years but nothing too major. They have two labs onsite - one that is part of the regular hospital's services and the other that is specific to PAMF patients. The regular lab can get really busy if you don't have an appointment, especially during the weekend so budget extra time if you need to get some blood drawn. Cafeteria food could be a bit better, I once purchased a breakfast burrito here and it came frozen and I had to heat it up using the only microwave available - even other nurses and doctors had to wait their turn to use the microwave.

I'm really sad about this team, they were not professional about their speech and said really rude sarcastic comments about my health . Didn't really want to give any stars ...

I saw Anna when I visited Mills and I had never felt more degraded as a patient. She disregarded my symptoms, laughed when I tried to explain things, and checked her cell phone while I was meeting with her. I've had a handful of poor experiences at Mills but this was my last draw. My insurance is stepping in, but I am writing this so all other can know how awful certain technicians can be. I wish HR would step in.

THE CLINIC'S PHONE NUMBER IS 650-259-1674....THE YELP PHONE NUMBER LISTED ABOVE IS WRONG!!

The address listed above is correct, and their website is http://www.mpmg.com/Pages/extendedhoursclinic.aspx

I was looking for a doctor's office that was opened on weekends since my usual physician is closed on weekends. Im glad I found this extended hours clinic. I was feeling sick, and they took care of me well.

I went on a Saturday (actually, today). I called their number, and spoke to someone about my symptoms. They easily made an appointment for me right away....Same day! The clinic is clean, the nurse who took care of me was very nice ( wish I got her name but she's a young Filipino woman), and Dr. Reddy was professional & addressed my concerns. It wasnt crowded like an emergency room, and I was done in about 45 minutes. I didnt have to wait long ...as compared to if I had gone to an emergency hours. Im so grateful they have Saturday & Sunday hours! Would highly recommend them!

Tip: There are 2 entrances. Look for the big Palo Alto Medical Foundation-Extended Clinic Sign. It's closer to the entrance of the clinic (see my pic)

Overbooked sessions and no parking. I had to park down the street. By the time I made it to the appt I was eight minutes late and they wouldn't see me (doctor had already started seeing her next patient.) They next appointment is a month away and when I told them I have skin cancer that needed immediate attention Kristin behind the front desk merely gave me a steely stare. I will be finding another dermatologist.

So I have gone there once or twice before, always with good results, however this time it was awful. I would suggest asking who is on duty and it it is Dr. Wong, don't bother going!

I went there a week ago with a terrible sore throat and horrible ear pain. My daughter had been sick with strep throat earlier in the week so that is what I thought I might have. He did a strep test and it came out negative, then checked my ears and lungs and declared that I might have a bacterial infection of some sort but he had decided that he would not prescribe antibiotics at this time and if I got worse, I should see my regular doctor.

Hours later, another doctor told me I had a raging ear infection in both ears....and there was no way that my ears could have been fine just hours before. After five days on antibiotics, I am finally feeling better....

      Updated review

I placed a call to the clinic to try to schedule an appointment for my grandmother last week, and they were all booked even before 1pm.

At least the receptionist referred me to Palo Alto Medical Foundation in Palo Alto.

The Er was understaffed waited 2 hours for a room, now waiting another 30 minutes to see a doctor. There is 3 hours of my life in won't get back l. If you need Er care, don't go here.

The staff is super friendly though nurses and doctors. It is the amount of service providers that they lack.

I am specifically writing about the RECEPTIONIST! I have had four encounters with the same girl, 2x on the phone and 2x in person. She is unbearably rude, her tone of voice is out of line, and she needs to quit her job if she hates it that bad. I dont know her name but she works on Sundays. When I visited urgent care she also talked to other patients rudely, abruptly, and like she cant be bothered. I cant believe they hire people like this!
