Their free termite inspection was thorough, and they provided me with local treatment or full house fumigation options and the pros and cons for each.

I decided to go with tent fumigation, and scheduling was easy. The owner himself kept in touch with me to give me all the guidelines for preparation. They took care of scheduling gas shut-off and service restoration for me. The fumigation crew did their job flawlessly. We returned to our home with no problems.

Their price was competitive--I only had one other quote, so I can't be completely sure.

If I need pest management again, then I will go to them first. I highly recommend them.

Would have loved to give them our business since we live so close but they are slow to respond and never got us a quote. We used them years ago and it was easy to schedule someone this was like pulling teeth just to get someone to come out and then give us a estimate which we never got. Who wants to wait 2-3 weeks wheb bugs are eating us alive. We went with another company since no one for back to us.

Hi I have no problem giving you my information and my husbands. You want to give me your email or private message me (yelp doesnt let me private message you) and I will give you my information . He called a week before me reachin out and got no call back so I emailed and called we had service in the past and were told we couldn't get service without someone coming out first. I didn't want to wait any longer with a flea issue and no pets they were feasting on us and we have a toddler so no fun.

Really wanted to give you our business since we're a few blocks from you. But we just couldn't wait any longer.

They are extremely reliable . Family owned business with attention to customer service . The lady who helped me book the appointment was super professional, kind and heard my issue and booked me an appointment within 5 minutes for the day after.

Great value for me as they provided me a prep form with list of things to be done before the treatment for it to be effective .

The tech who I believe is the son of Mr Mills showed up on time , was super cheerful and easy going . He applied the pest treatment quickly and provided quality service . He answered all my questions. Highly recommended and great experience!

Kyle showed up to our appointment on time, explained the procedure, pros and cons. The process was quick, fast and simple. Haven't seen any ants or spiders since! Hopefully it will stay this way.

Let me start out this review with an opinion. If Mill's was not contracted, my partner would not of been robbed.

From my recent experience I have come to the opinion Kevin, the owner of Mills, outsources labor to maximize his potential profit and this time it has gone too far.

It is my opinion Kevin has used his family to market his business via Yelp photos to give the impression this is a trust worthy family operated business. But I view this as marketing as it seems his family were NOT the ones that showed up to do ANY of the work, contrary to what his Yelp photos could lead you to believe. We did not witness or have any reason to believe a single Mill's family member bothered to show up and supervise any of the contractors much less do any of the actual work.

Don't get me wrong, I see the financial benefit in not doing the work yourself. You can be the face, remember the family photos, while the contractor does the work. This may potentially allow Kevin to collect money with no accountability. And from my opinion it has worked, and in my opinion it still works. But hopefully this review puts a stop to this business model, at least for Mill's.

In my conversation with Kevin it was my interpretation he argued that the people on site had a zero probability of being involved in the robbery. But I cannot see how that is true being that I have no knowledge of his staff ever being on site in this incident.

I called Kevin immediately after the robbery yet within 10 seconds of talking to Kevin he claimed, with zero evidence, that it was impossible for this contractor, I believe he actually called them his "boys" on the call, to have been involved in the robbery. I asked how he knew, his response.."cause I know". Now I believe that to be non-factual response.

At that point I felt this was an unreasonable person I was talking to and told him the rest of the conversation will be online. I simply ended the conversation there at which point he continually called my phone back which I opted to not further respond. I am simply not going to argue with someone I interpret as nonsensical. I think he felt very threatened by this potential exposure.

I do not recommend Mill's.

Time window for inspections and service is 2 hours rather than 4. Better than many other companies.

I'm pretty pleased with this first contact with the company--haven't had my appointment yet. But looking forward to good things....

Great service and great commication. Job done well and the price was excellent. All the folks are nice and helpful. Great office staff too. Timely replys.

We loooove Mills. They are great communicators, friendly, professional, punctual and efficient. they go above and beyond to have happy customers. Once I called to have a wasp nest removed, they couldn't come right away, which I needed, and they offered to text me the number of another company to try. That is customer care! Mills is a warm family business and everyone who shows up is kind and cares about the company and the customers. 5 stars!

Mills has been servicing our home for a good five plus years now. Their field tech are professional, friendly and concise. The owners are sincere about their business and maintaining good relations with their customers which in these days one does not always experience in a world of NOT MY FAULT:) I have only good things to say about our local Burbank MILLS and their staff. They do a proper job and are always courteous. There have been times when they sent a tech back out and at no charge to help counter problems we had with local Burbank pests:) Again happy and pleased with the work and service that they provide and have so provided over the last four or five years.
