Don't read any of the older reviews because they were written when the original owner, the wonderful Suzie, tried to retire and other people owned it, but pretty much ran it into the ground. Lucky us! Suzie came back and she's better than ever!

Suzie is BACK! Suzie went into retirement I believe in October 2019? and the owners who took over weren't as great... I had issues finding a new dry cleaner, but now, I have my old dry cleaner back!!!

Everyone who has known Suzie should return to her shop and support her! She has lost 75% of her customers and feels torn that her shop name went negative since she retired.

The previous owner from late 2019 to Dec 2020 didn't have the best customer service, but also, he did catch COVID-19.

I asked for a missing button to be replaced and they did a great job plus pressed the shirt! Super friendly and professional service! Thank you Sam!

I went to the old Tower Cleaners down the street for decades but it closed after the pandemic, so I tried Miraloma Cleaners. Am I the only one who finds the service to be awful? First, they upcharge insisting that you need a more expensive dry clean vs laundry for shirts that have been laundered for years. The turn over time is long - many days for a single dry clean, and finally I've interacted with the purveyor multiple times; she has never been particularly nice or helpful. In fact I'd call her unpleasant. I take my dry cleaning/ laundry to Portola Cleaners down the block. They get the work done quickly and we'll!

Please be warned and proceed with caution! Do not be fooled by the older/outdated (beyond 1 year) reviews for this dry cleaner. The new business owner of this cleaner does not take responsibility of its services.

After getting home from this cleaner with my dry cleaned clothes, I saw that the trim on my dry clean-only cardigan was damaged and ripped out of the seams. I returned the next day to show the damaged cardigan to the man at the front, and he almost immediately became defensive, saying he followed the dry cleaning process, and that there was nothing he could do: "The tag says dry cleaning, and I followed the instructions". This man at the front refused to apologize and take responsibility, which was upsetting.

The damage couldn't be repaired, so then I asked for what I believe to be fair: a refund of the dry clean charge on the cardigan. But he adamantly resisted honoring a refund and suggested that I bring in the receipt for the cardigan so that he can go to the store where it was purchased to get a refund from the store.

After back-and-forth arguing for five minutes, I told him that I would tell my family and friends and neighbors in the community to never patronize his business. That quieted him, and he finally relented and very hesitantly gave me cash refund.

I just saw a sign that says they'll be open on 12/1 from 12-2. Good luck getting your clothes Sad to see another covid-1 victim

Update: It was the "new" owners that stiffed customers, bank, landlord & Suzie in 2020. It was Suzie who opened the business so customers could retrieve their clothes.

Suzie is now back in business and reopened Miraloma Cleaners as of 1/4/2021. She's offering a discount on dry cleaning for all of January. I'm a big fan and long time customer. She deserves our support

My favorite dry cleaners in town. I'm so glad the former owners are back (you can discount the one star reviews about the "new" owners). Suzie and family genuinely care about quality service. V friendly too, I actually look forward to dropping by! Bonus: Easy parking too, Mollie Stones and coffee right next door!

Suzy is so amazing and We wont go anywhere else. When I particularly appreciate about Miraloma cleaners, is they use all organic materials for dry cleaning. Harsh chemicals will cause fading over time and eventually destroy the fabric. The one time we had an issue, Suzy immediately addressed it and it was resolved above and beyond our expectations. She's always friendly and knows her customers well.

You guys are an absolute joke. You all have been closed for almost a month now and I literally have every single shirt in your store. No signs on the front door. No updates on the website. Somebody could have died for all we know but you literally could look online or call and assume you all are open for business. I've called every day for the last 3.5 weeks to see if you all are open and drive down once a week. It's honestly a joke for how much you are charging for such poor service.
