I have lived in New York for almost 10 years, and have managed to dodge one of my biggest fears, which is bed bugs. Unfortunately this streak ended, and I was attacked by these nasty little creatures on business trip while I stayed at a luxury hotel in Vancouver, British Columbia.

I did not even consider that I had bed bugs until I came home, because if you know about bed bugs, the bites can take days to show up. At first I just thought they were mosquito bites. When I finally suspected bed bugs, I did some research on the internet, and started freaking out. I called the hotel that I stayed at, and they told me that due to it being a Canadian holiday that weekend they would not be able to get someone in for an inspection for a few days. I could not wait that long for answers, so I started to look into getting a pest control company into my apartment for an inspection. This was when I stumbled upon M&M Pest Control, and I am so glad that I did.

I gave M&M Pest Control a call and spoke with Loren who put me at ease, and explained the process to me. Loren said he would have someone to my place ASAP. Within 2 hours Barry showed up with his adorable 4 legged partner in crime, Roxy. Barry was so nice, and made me feel like everything was going to be ok. After Barry and Roxy inspected my apartment, they luckily found no bed bug activity in my place. He gave me some plastic discs to put under my bed that would trap any bed bugs if for some reason they showed up. Barry also gave me some advice on how to search for bed bugs in hotels since I travel a lot for work. He also encouraged me to reach out to M&M Pest Control if I had any questions, or needed any additional info. The next day I found a little beetle that was a little suspect, so I emailed a picture to Loren, and he assured me that it was just a drugstore beetle (whatever that is), and nothing to worry about.

The hotel in Vancouver contacted me about a week later, and confirmed that they did in fact find bed bugs in the room that I stayed in. Even though nothing was found in my apartment, I reached out to M&M to see if I should still do a bed bug treatment to my apartment since the hotel ended up finding bed bugs in the room (and the hotel would obviously be paying for this treatment). Loren told me that unless I found any bed bugs in my apartment since Barry and Roxy did their inspection, that it was not necessary, but to keep a close eye on it, and reach out if anything changes.

I feel like if M&M was just after their customer's money they would have encouraged a treatment, but they build their business on being honest and professional, so they did not do that. Their prices are 100% reasonable. If you have researched bed bugs on the internet, or have ever had them, you know that bed bugs do not carry any diseases, but they do bring a lot of emotional stress. Working with M&M Pest Control helped to keep this at a minimum. They put my mind at ease, and without them this experience would have been so much worse. I am so lucky that I was bit by bed bugs, but that I did not bring them home with me.I highly recommend working with M&M Pest Control. You will not regret it!

I contacted MMPC close to midnight Eastern time. I found a bug in my bed and was frantically researching to see if it was a bed bug. That's how I came across this company and its free identification Program. I heard back from Timothy Wong in less than 30 minutes--in the middle of the night!--and he was able to confirm it was not a bed bug. So grateful to have a professional confirm and I was able to rest so much easier. Thank you!

They are very quick to respond and very friendly.. I had a question, and they answered promptly. Great customer service and knowledgeable..

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They are quick to respond and easy to schedule an appointment with. The technician that came out to my apartment was pleasant to work with and even helped to answer my questions post-appointment. MMPC will be my go-to service for all my pest issues moving forward. 10/10!

Considering the circumstances, I could not have asked for a better experience to solve my unexpected mouse problem.

First they sent a team that did a full inspection of my house and set traps and bait, which is the tactical solution. They then provided me a proposal for the strategic solution of eliminating how the mice were entering.

The only thing better than the fair price for the service was the expert team they sent who not only did everything that was documented in the proposal but went above and beyond to ensure the problem was fully addressed. Do not hesitate using MMPC.

Pending the longterm absence of mice from today on, I will give this five stars.

The level of knowledge that Kevin and Diego have and shared is so impressive. Diego was clear and efficient with his regimen and he explained the rationale behind the treatment. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
The level of questions that they asked to make sure that they could help and in what field the help was needed set them far above the rest of their "competition"!!
The integrity and professionalism displayed over the phone and in-person are commendable. All steps of treatment were explained to us and the warning signs to look for in the event of any recurrences.

Ruben did an amazingly thorough job finding and sealing any possible way a mouse could enter my apartment. It's so rare to find someone with such a work ethic. I would never use any other company for pest removal.

Diego and Andres found and controlled a hive of very active yellow jacket wasps in our roof. They took time to explain everything they did ... what happened and what to expect going forward. Wonderfully professional and careful in our house. They are at the top of our call list.

Great business! Diego came once to assess and explained exactly what was needed to keep our new rodent friends from burrowing around the house. He came back with his crew, Manny and Kenneth, to treat with carbon monoxide and seal openings with mesh and concrete. They were prompt, thorough, and tidy. And good guys. Not cheap, but wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I don't have experience with this company treating bugs, but I did have an incredible experience with them:
On a Sunday, I noticed a large number of bugs in my apartment. In my frantic Googling, I came across this company's website and found a form where you can submit a picture to help get an ID. I'm many states away from NY, so this company didn't have profit to gain from helping me, but I got a same-day response (on a Sunday!) from someone who was kind & helpful. If their full services are anything like their communication and online service, I cannot recommend them more highly.
