The owner ryan and his brother are very honest.The prices for lube jobs very competitive. They both are careful and knows what they are doing compared to Jiffy Lube and the worst of them all Mr lube .
I highly recommend this place of business . I will continue and support the business forever until I get a Tesla which is a pipe dream for me

Don't fking come here. Got an email saying they would do an oil change for my car. $60. After waiting 2 hours in the scorching heat, they said my car will cost $200 for AN OIL CHANGE!

This week at Mobil1 Richmond I had a ZERO STAR experience. That's unfortunate, since prior to this I've had excellent experiences there. Today I brought in a battery and asked them to test it, and if it was good, to replace my existing battery which was old. I only did this because 6 weeks ago they told me it needed to be replaced, after doing a 'safety inspection' while I had an oil change. At the same time I was having my winter tires swapped out for summers. The technician told me he tested the battery and that it was good and so he installed it. After I'd paid $50 + tax for this service and more for the tire swap, I tried to leave but found the battery to be entirely dead. My car would not start. No sound. No lights. They had to jump me so I could leave.

Still, I was refused a refund for the installation since it was my battery (which they had said was not flat prior to me agreeing to swap it out). Obviously they did not test the battery. Or, did they knowingly install a flat battery, as they assert? The manager Garrison said the technician knew it was flat and needed charging but still installed it. Further, Garrison insisted that his technician told me that the battery needed to be charged before the car could be used (it was dead), and that I accepted this and told him to install it anyway. Absurd!

Later Garrison' said the opposite--that they had tested the battery and it was "fine" before installing it, and that in any case, 'my battery' meant 'my problem.' No refund. All of this to save $50. And, I had been their biggest fan. I really was. BTW, when I drove away, which was only possible with a jump start, the power steering did not work properly. It was jumpy. Later in the day a different mechanic told me that this was because the battery was so dead it could not fully support the power steering.

So Mobil1 sent me off in a car they had made unsafe with my money in their pocket. On a positive note, I'd like to give a shout out to NAPA and to H Tech Motor INC (Richmond) for undoing this mess. H Tech Motor INC charged about 1/2 of what Mobil1 had for a battery install, and the service was fast and courteous. Maybe that is why H Tech is rated 8% higher than Mobil1 on Google reviews. They are my new go-to. Down with Mobil1. It gets worse, though. Check out my Google review for that saga

Car wash is ok just waiting time is quite long. Like that car wash is open 24/7. Prices are in line with others

went yesterday for the first time, and I wasn't disappointed,,the staff were so friendly,, got a oil change and my window wiper replaced and was in and out in a jiffy! and I got to use a online coupon which was a plus as wellI recommend them fully thankyou mobile 1 ,,I will be coming back again and again!

Been coming here for years with many different cars.
Everything was good until they cut one of my wires from doing an oil change. They cut my wire under the oil filter cap.
Because of the cut wire is fried my computer and killed my A/C.
Had to take it to GM for them to fix it.
$2000.00 later and a week of not having my car, everything was fixed by GM.
When I called Mobile 1 they said "most likely there insurance will cover it".
Then I got an email with so many points why they didn't do it.
Garrison or owner has not attempted to respond to legitimate complaints
And Garrison was always on "vacation".
4 months later they don't want to talk to me and are refusing that they made any damages to my car. GM paper work shows the wires were damaged because of the oil change.
I'm an idiot for taking my car to them in the first place.
Never coming back again and recommending all my friends to stay away.
Just crap customer service from these guys.

Went there for the first time ever (also the first time to get my oil changed. Opps) and everyone there was super friendly. Honesty is really important to me when it comes to car service, and he told me everything was great with my car, didn't try to sell me on anything extra! They also have good deals so I got my oil changed with basic checkups along with a car wash for $50

Took my car in for air condition service, because Car has no ac for awhile. One shop I took in was telling me my ac pump need to be replaced but I still have doubt and really wanna give it a try for service ac first. But here comes the problem everywhere I ask the price range is in between 160-200 for complete serve ac. Only this place. They have a few customers' backup. If they service your ac and ac is not working you only need to pay 34.99 so that give me no worry if Ac service is done and ac still not working (means my ac pump is bad most likely) and I don't have to throw away 160-200 for nothing. Only 34.99 for a try. Best thing is no appointment needed and people there are friendly also knowledgeable, they found out one of my low pressure line valve is leaking (5 bucks) and I got my ac serviced, my ac is back online after that and I have save hundreds in my pocket (no need to replace the pump) thanks mobile 1 highly recommended for ac service and oil change

Very disappointed in vacuum and cost. Called ahead to ensure coupon was valid. Forewarned one item may be an additional $7. When done, cost went from $43 on coupon to $69, with "special needs"! To accommodate a Dodge Caravan??? Also, wouldn't vacuum trunk or seats -- vacuum too powerful apparently!

My advice? Go elsewhere!
