Joe came out and did a full interior detail of my Hyundai Ioniq 5. I use this car to haul a lot of work, food, and chemicals. There was a significant amount of grime and dirt!

He did a great job in cleaning the carpet, seats, plastic, and all weather mats. I'm definitely recommending this company and continue using them for my car.

I needed my car cleaned immediately because there was throw up on the passenger seat. (I wiped away the gross mess.) I mentioned the vomit issue on my very first message exchange. I was sent back a text with a $160 interior detail quote. They were 26 minutes late, but no big deal. I love that they come to you. A man and woman arrive. They were very friendly.
I reminded them about the passenger side that had had vomit. Right away, he said that's extra because I have to use a special extractor tool. Fine! I asked if seat belts are included, and of course they were not. That would be an extra $25 for the passenger seatbelt, but fine again. I really wanted my car cleaned before the smell set in.
When finished, The car seemed fine, and I Zelle them.
The next day, as my daughter is putting on her seatbelt, there is still vomit on the belt. I immediately take a picture, and proceed to clean the belt. I message the man I paid the day before. He calls me right away. He claim he thought I wanted the driver seatbelt cleaned, that one didn't look clean either. He offered to come the next day to clean my seatbelt, and I said I just cleaned it. He offers to return the money for the seatbelt that was not clean. Great! He asked me to send him my number to Zelle me back, and I did. Two days later, I sent him my number again. He apologized for the delay, he claimed issues with his bank. It is now 10 days later and I have not been reimbursed the $25. I believe in truthfulness and getting paid only if a job is done.
I am truly disappointed, as I thought great, I found my at home car wash company, but I guess I'll keep looking. They also claimed that many people at my complex asked for their cards, but I think I'll post my experience for them at my complex. Good bless and do your customers right.

They're not auto detailers. They're car washers with detailing equipment. And not very good car washers at that. Paid for a full detail as this business came recommended by a friend.

My two favorite places to check to see if a car wash/detail went well is to check my gas cap for dirt and to check the bit of the car that's covered by the trunk. When I run my finger through the area, there should be minimal dirt, but this detailer failed both of these checks.

Here are some other things that they failed:
- Rims were also not cleaned well. There's literal dirt on it still, so they weren't even trying at that point.

- Clay bar not done well. I could tell running my finger on my car paint. Should be smooth as butter after clay bar and wax, but it was still bumpy in some spots.

In terms of service - they were an hour and forty five minutes late, which I was cool with, and they brought four people to make up for lost time. Guess they ended up rushing to finish the job anyway. Terrible quality. My quarterly maintenance detailers do a better job for a third of the price.

Joshep was great! I wanted a last minute detail for my car and Joshep responded quickly with pricing and availability. He was able to come out within an hour of me reaching out! I paid 120 for a wash and "interior detail." Guy was done in 50 minutes. When I asked him how much it was, he told me $70. So I know he didn't detail my car. Despite this, I gave him a 100 intending for him to keep the rest as tip. Owner starts harassing me about our "agreed upon price" and made him wait until I gave the difference ... even though he CLEARLY did not detail my car like we agreed upon. He then starts claiming the price is not for a detail even though prior communication has been all about needing the inside detailed. Like another reviewer said, they're a mobile car wash with detailing equipment. And the owner sucks. I feel bad for his employees.

I requested a quote through Yelp and Joseph was the first to respond with service options and pricing and times to schedule service. I requested one of the times and he called me a few minutes later to ask me to text him my address and the car model. He confirmed the time that Mario and Frederico would arrive. They arrived on time and Joseph also let me know that when they were outside. I greeted them and they worked diligently to detail the interior and exterior.
When they were done the car was like new. It was AMAZING! I was impressed by the team's communication, professionalism, and work. I am keeping them in my go-tos for the future and would recommend them to those needing a deep clean of their car.

I needed an urgent interior detail and Joseph was the first to respond to my request with price and even same day appointment was booked! He was on time and worked very hard in the hot sun, along with jumping my dead battery due to the car not being driven, so he could move the seats and fulfill the deep Cleaning we discussed . So thank you for being patient and understanding with me and doing a terrific job!

I paid Joshep for a full detail for a small car. Paid him the full asking price for an interior and exterior wash ~ $160. The first problem occurred when his team was late for the appointment and offered. 10% discount for a make good. They not only refused the 10% discount, they only performed an exterior wash but charged me for both an exterior and interior wash. I contacted the owner who told apologized and offered a 10% discount, but he never followed through. He ghosted me after his offer.

Fast, professional, efficient. Was able to get coffee stains out of our seats and did a great job and the whole car!

Excellent service and was able to get an appointment within 24hours. My headlights are finally restored!
