      So, I called Apple today to inquire about fixing my phone. I was referred to Mobile Kangaroo on Western. I had a 4:00pm appointment and had my phone fixed by 4:25pm. Since, they are an Apple authorized service provider I was able to get the battery replaced for $30.00 with a 90day warranty. The store was clean and bright and the service tech was knowledgeable and quickly fixed my problem saving me tons of money compared to buying a new phone.

      Context: I had a terrible call with Apple customer service (of course). Was then sent a text like "how did we do?" and I flamed the person. I was HORRIFIED to then discover that the Apple feedback was actually asking about Shawn and Mobile Kangaroo - because it is truly my favorite Mac Repair place I've ever dealt with - and I've been getting Macs fixed for 25+ years.

      First, Shawn always either picks up the phone or texts me back in just a few minutes. He also doesn't forget about me when I'm waiting on updates - reporting his findings within seconds after he's diagnosed. If I text him back he immediately returns the text. He gets that I need my computer yesterday and actually acts that way. Honestly, name ANY service business in Sonoma County that you feel that way about?

      He also works hard to get me best price and best benefits out of my AppleCare coverage. I have the sense he works for ME and not Apple. He overdelivers, too. If he suggests it might take until Thursday I can almost bank on getting it back on a Wednesday.

      One of my favorite providers of any service in all of Sonoma Country, for realz.

      Let me start with saying the I love to support local and small business. I reached out to Apple because I wanted to get a new battery for my older model IPhone. I saw that Mobile Kangaroo was Apple certified and local so I was all about giving my local small business my business. I should be just gone to the Apple Store.

      I walked into the store and the pungent odor just reeked! The store is in terrible shape, unaesthetic, and it smelled absolutely horrific. My 3 year old son and I were greeted by a Siberian Husky type dog which was trying to jump all over my child. I constantly had to pull my child away from the dog because the dog was being a little too aggressive with my son. A grungy guy with a beard and long hair comes from the back and up to the counter. He's wearing a dirty old t-shirt and filthy jeans. To say he looked unprofessional would be an understatement. He was congested and had a junky cough, wasn't wearing a mask or gloves and was wiping his nose with the back of his hand and then handling my phone. The guy was obviously sick and was working putting others (me and my son) at risk. At this time he had called the dog to go behind the counter and go back in its kennel. I felt disgusting being in the store. You can probably get the visual with the dirty store, unhygienic employee, and the place smelling like an unclean animal shelter.I could barely breathe with the stench.

      The employee told me the phone would be ready in about 1.5 hours and it was. So work-wise he did deliver. However, the work done to my iPhone was completely overshadowed by my experience in the store. I can't say I'd be back.

      Solid service! This the second time I've utilized them to fix a MAC. I was amazed at how fast they replaced my screen. I will definitely use their service again in the future.

      Shawn at Mobile Kangaroo is a real pro.
      I've taken my Apple gear to him for years and the service is excellent, fast, and reasonably priced. Super fast turnaround and never disappointed.

      The repair done for my computer was well done and I have had absolutely no issues! Unfortunately, the shop that I walked into smelt really funky... outside of that the service that I received was fantastic

      Took in my Mac for repair, it cost over $1000.00 to fix. When I got it back the computer was barely working. I should have taken it back in then and there but I had a huge project that was time sensitive so I limped it through the project. I just ended up getting a new computer so I ultimately ended up spending twice as much as necessary.

      Have an iphone XR which works well, but battery life had seriously degraded. Kangaroo put in a replacement battery, took about an hour and a half, and now battery life is back to awesome.
      A great experience for me. It's not an amazing store front, but the service was really good.

      Appointment. ipad. For my battery was draining fast. . Looked at it. He noted i had a cracked screen Said nothin cud be done. Looked up a replacement cost. $19 for 3 to 5 minutes.

      i said but dont i get a "diagnosis" for the $19. he said that was the diagnosis: looking at the screen giving me a replacement cost. Said he couldn't work for free.

      Not sure I'm complaining. I am sure I am shocked

      i had a broken screen in my MacBookAir. They fixed it super fast even though NYE and a weekend was in the middle of it. i think it took three days. i loved the clear communication and the fact that they are an authorized Apple repair place. That means the work was expert-level and guaranteed.

      Would not let me plug in my computer with a new charger (that I just got from work to test but did not have time to test at home prior to appointment bcs I had JUsT come from work) prior to paying them a 20$ diagnostic fee. Then told me it was the charger and that we STILL had to go to Santa Rosa Apple Store. Don't waste your time or money. Total rip off
