This place is the best! We came in with a broken phone screen and it was repaired in record time! We don't live in Vic and needed to catch a ferry home and they accommodated us with friendly professional service.
I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and anyone who needs phone repair!

I dropped my phone off there today for a screen repair under my device care insurance. I didn't want to go so far from where I live but they are the only place covered for Asurion. We already had to go out that way today for an appointment so it worked out well.

My initial experience was amazing! I was told over the phone I would probably get it back two days later, as it is a Samsung so the whole front half of the phone needs to be replaced, not just the glass screen. when I took it in they said they could likely get it done today! They were also amazing with my kids, who were super hyper and all over the place lol and they were really friendly and helpful with my non-techy-person questions lol. there also was an issue with another part from the machine they used to take it apart and they are taking care of that no questions asked.

I will update more once I pick it up, but so far I am very happy with their service and would absolutely recommend them to anyone, even though I live far away from them!

My cell phone store in Sidney BC recommended Mobile Klinic at the Hillside Mall in Victoria BC as the only place they could recommend for a battery replacement for my iPhone XS. So I went there on Saturday January 22/22 with no reservation or appointment scheduled. I was greeted politely, and the service rep immediately explained the service completely.

The price was less than I expected. They had the phone ready for pickup on time (45 minutes later). Overall, I was very pleased with the service and highly recommend them.

Insanely expensive option. They charge nearly double what other places charge, shop around.

Very interesting experience. I originally went in to get a screen replacement on my old phone but ended up walking away with a newer refurbished iPhone. Feeling good about my interaction I was ready to give 5 stars but upon my return at home I discovered the face ID was not working :( The next day after bringing it in they said I could get a replacement free of charge or like the warranty that was described to me the phone would be replaced if not fixable. Which it was not. Another day later I brought the iPhone in for one last inspection where I was told again it was not fixable but this time with the offer to pay for another model at a discounted price. Frustrated with the experience at this point I decided to return the phone and go to a different company. I do believe that the guys working here are very knowledgeable and trustworthy but my interaction left a sour aftertaste. Great for repairs and replacements but be cautious when purchasing a pre owned device as this could've been avoided with a simple pre check on my part or the employees in store.

I had gone their for screen replacement and got it fixed within 60 minutes. Excellent service and I will recommend this to my family and friends.
