Mobile One Appliance Repair

Our upright freezer was not keeping the temperature in the correct range so I called multiple service people about it. A couple of service people told me to get rid of it (compressor problems cannot be fixed). So I called Mobile One, and talked to the owner, he asked me questions about the compressor, and thought he could fix it, and gave me an estimate. Not only did he fix it, but it cost less than the estimate! So happy I don't need a new freezer!! Will always call Mobile One first for any appliance repair.

This company's phone number has been disconnected and no new number available. They probably moved out of town.

Called left messages and no response no call beck! not even a no sorry I can't do the work nothing!

Dale is amazing he helped me with an I issue I was having with my dishwasher via the phone it's always a pleasure learning from Dale and his many years of experience, I highly recommend him.

After being told by one company that "it wasn't worth their time" to drive out to Woodland to work on my built-in refrigerator, and that I'd need to wait two full months for a service appointment from another company, Mobile One Appliance Repair was a life-saver!

First, Mr. Dale called me back quickly and tried to save me money by suggesting some fixes I could try on my own. I tried those, but still needed professional help.

Second, I was able to get a next-day appointment from Mobile One. What a relief!

Third, Mr. Dale arrived right on time. He was professional, friendly, and took care of my necessary refrigerator repairs quickly and with good cheer!

Mr. Dale / Mobile One Appliance Repair has a customer for life in me.

This is going to be a long one so buckle up! Those of you that read my reviews know that it takes me a while to think about what I'm going to say especially if it's less than flattering. I joined Yelp because I believe word of mouth is the best. I also support local businesses. When I joined the elite team I felt like it was my responsibility to be as accurate and non-judge mental as I could be and stick to the facts. I contacted this business because my dishwasher stopped working and I had two codes. After reading his reviews I was excited to hear what he would have to say. He got right back to me and told me that he needed the model number. Since I wasn't sure where that was I looked everywhere sent him a picture of the sticker but he said it still wasn't the right model number. I had no one to help me and I am currently rehabbing my legs so it was difficult for me to try to bend over and see a number he was telling me about. I apologized and a couple of days later I pulled all the paperwork of the purchase and found the model number and immediately sent it to him. I also sent him four follow up messages asking him if he would reply if he was interested in the job just let me know! He still has not responded back to me. I have moved on and received an immediate response from the new company and in a couple of days this should all be behind me. Maybe he got busy? Maybe he was out of town? Gave him a week and at least 4 messages which should have elicited a response of some kind!
Competition is very high right now and customer service is even more important to stand out among your peers. If you have enough business that allows you to blow off some potential customers- Good for you! But one day this may come back to bite!

I called Dale @ Mobile One Appliance repair to repair a washing machine that wouldn't drain. I had already changed the drain hose and cleaned the pump filter. He suggested the plug might be in the internal hose from the pump to the drain. I popped the cap off and cleaned a handful of dog hair from the drain - the washer now works great! I offered to pay for his time on the phone and doing the research, he declined. Great guy, knows his stuff and willing to help his customers save money.

Dale was a great guy. Came out and got straight to the problem. The drainage tube was clogged with food and debris from a previous occupant. SOO happy that was the problem......:) Dale is honest and a straight shooter.

Had a quick response and was able to find out the problem with my dryer quick. Got it up and running in no time saving me money. Definitely recommend him for any repairs

This is hard to believe but I swear it is true. Dale is phenomnol and stands out like a bright light in today's customer service world. I called him recently when my 17 year old dishwasher stopped draining. I could have replaced it but my life is very busy and it would have been so much easier to get it repaired than to start shopping. My husband thought the pump went out. So... I called Dale, explained that my old dishwasher stopped draining- literally from one wash to the next. On the phone call he told me he thought he knew what might fix it, and explained to me and my husband exactly what we should try on our own. That he was willing to do that was hard to believe. Even harder to believe is that we followed his instructions and it worked!!! Hallelujah. It was not something straightforward we could have come up with on our own. He literally knew by a phone call what we should try first to fix the machine and he shared that knowledge. He is amazing, kind, thoughtful and obviously extrememly knowledgeable about appliance repair!! Given my experience, the few negative reviews don't make sense to me, there has to be more to the story. He also repaired my 30 year old washing machine a few years ago. This guy was absolutely beyond helpful and he is a gift to the the community. Thank you Dale!!!

My fridge over a period of time started to lose its coldness so i remembered dale from a previous repair he did for me on a different appliance at our house.I called dale he came out told me I first needed to vacuum the coils in the back and see if that helps,I did that and unfortunately that didn't work. I called him back up a couple days later he told me he would have to come over and put Freon in my system which he did,and as of now my fridge is cold our icemaker works great! I thank you dale very much for helping me out in a crunch.I felt the whole time talking to him on the phone and in person that he is a honest man with old school values!I highly recommend him if you are in need of a repair guy for any appliance in your house.
