Very straight forward business, good pricing. I called in the morning and the techs replaced the window within 2 hours of the call, all in the convenience of my own driveway. Communication was very simple and clear over the phone with Rick I got the quote instantly. Likewise with the techs, Johnny and Anthony, both were very professional. Overall I'm very pleased with the service and would recommend it to others.

This is for May 6. I'm so sorry that I didn't catch my tech's name, but they came to my business. I really appreciated the top-of-the-line courteous, fast, and accurate service. Super communicative and made my day that much easier. I didn't get too much time with my technician, but what time we did share was great!

My passenger window was shattered by a rock that was mowed over. luckily I found Safe Auto Glass! They quoted me and scheduled me within minutes. They even came to my work! I called around and eventually got to speak with Rick of Mobile Safe Auto Glass. He was so patient with me in explaining the different types of windshields and different prices. He then was able to send someone out within the hour. That won me over, as I needed to drive my car to work the next day.
Johnny and Jesse arrived at my place and replaced the windshield very fast. They were super nice and explained to me what they were doing when I asked questions. I appreciated their ability to come to my work and get it done. Worth the price! And I thought very reasonable. Would definitely use them again if I needed to!

I got a reasonable quote on the phone at 8 AM the technicians arrived a short time later. They did a great job and were completed by 10:30 AM. The whole process only took a small portion of my morning and the windshield looks new again!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0

Update:
So Jesse what I'm reading in your post to me is that Rick misquoted me on the price of the windshield and the $110.00 to repair the windshield was a way for you guys to recover some of your your money back. The old man you sent was right to ask for cash as payment. Because had I used a credit card again and after seeing how he left it, you'd be dealing with a chargeback from credit card company, with all things considered there's still time for that.

Hey Rene its Jessie from mobile safe auto glass, First of all I wanna say I'm sorry for the bad inconvenient. Day you had on Monday on your way to work. you wrote a lot. And I understand your Frustration. I just wanna touch on what you express. The price, the original price on your windshield was 725 plus tax. That's including parts labor Rick, miss quoted you and gave it to you 575.00. We didn't catch it until the job was complete paid for. Now concerning the quality of glass windshield it's an Generic, basically, it's a company that manufactures their own windshield. Following standard federal laws of safety crash tested, We cannot sell no flex glass. Flexiglass is plastic that looks like glass. Now, when i went out to inspect your windshield, your wife came out and I spoke to her, and I showed her outside of your windshield,where the rock hit the windshield on the crack I pointed out to her where it hit. She seen it. Also I explained to her the process of a crack repair before because the impact hit pretty hard that it could have. Damage the Lamination inside where after the repair, you might slightly see a little bit of the damage. Rene the Purpose of a windshield repair is for it not to crack. Is to salvage your windshield from replacing it.

I had cracked my windshield on my truck, first called Safelite out to have it repaired, unfortunately didn't notice that the crack went all the way to the edge so that wasn't do-able. They quoted $800.00 for the new glass plus whatever installation was going to cost. Decided to shop around. Came across Rick and Mobile Safe Auto glass. He called me and reached out to see what type of vehicle I had so he can get me an accurate price for it, I sent him the VIN of my truck on his request so he can get me a quote on both the factory glass and he would quote me an aftermarket windshield. Rick called me back with just one price, I knew the price ($575.00) he gave me was for an aftermarket windshield which was fine, I figured it's glass how bad can it be, we set a time to do the installation, and they arrived earlier than expected which is great, I wasn't expecting that. They installed the glass in about an hour which was also great, looked good from the inside and outside. My truck sat in my driveway and entire weekend, I didn't want to drive it around and disturb the sealant they use to install the glass. Monday morning take it to work, and first bump from uneven road it takes and the windshield cracks (photos) the crack is in between the sheets of laminate that make up the glass. Called Rick told him we had a problem with the new windshield, we set up another time for someone to come check the glass, Rick send Jessie the warranty expert or field supervisor or whatever he is, looks at it and says "something hit it"
Dude how?!? There's no chip on the surface. I wasn't going to win that battle. Quoted me $110.00 to fix it. At this point I just want it fixed and I want to be able to drive my truck. They send some fragile old man this time to fix this crack, he does whatever he did and says "this is the best I can do" I'm frustrated at this point, I pay him to leave this time. I still have a crack in my windshield!!! Probably better off get a DIY kit from Autozone or something at this point. So $575.00 plus $110.00 to still have a crack in my windshield. Don't get swindled by the cheap plexiglass they're passing off as laminated glass.
