Mona Mahmoodi, DDS - Park Plaza Dental

This has been, without a doubt, the most exceptional dental cleaning experience of my life! Aimee is truly remarkable--an incredibly caring, personable, and meticulous Dental Hygienist. Despite only seeking a cleaning without an exam or X-rays, I left Plaza Dental with an immense eagerness to recommend it to all my colleagues for any dental requirements. When I come back for my next cleaning, I'll definitely be asking for Aimee by name!

I've always had terrible experiences at the dentist and started going to the dentist in Mexico. I was referred to Park Dental Plaza by my colleague, who also goes there. We share similar fears when it comes to the dentist, and assured me that THIS was the place and scheduled my appointment right away. My drive was about 1.5-2 hours, and when I got there, I started to fight the urge to leave, but decided to stick it out and wow I am SO happy I did, I would've lost out on something so good had I left. Maria and Dr. G are the best thing that's ever happened to me, and I'm never looking back. I actually can't wait to go back!! They checked in, and made sure I was okay through it all, showed me how my crown was being made, (so cool!) and even fed me a protein shake because it had been a few hours and my stomach was singing the song of its people. Needless to say, this is the greatest experience at the dentist I've ever had, and probably will ever have - not exaggerating. Cheers to a happy and healthy smile! You're greatly appreciated, Park Plaza Dental!!

Oh how we struck gold when we picked Dr. Mahmoodi's practice for our entire family's dental needs! Her staff is incredible; they are kind, flexible, and very communicative. I appreciate being able to communicate with them by text (Ali), it's very easy and convenient.

Dr. Mahmoodi has modern equipment, is dialed in with a network of other physicians (her patients get discounts with another practice for dental scans and she brings in a doctor for implants) and she has a lovely bedside manner.

Her staff reflects her values of providing excellent medical and customer service. There's a reason why her practice is heavily recommended on Nextdoor, Yelp, and other social networking sites!

kind, professional and excellent communicators. The office is beautiful and comfortable. They take Delta PPO which many quality dentists don't take.

who utilizes the latest technological
advances in dentistry. My 15 yr old front crowns had drifted apart into an ugly gap which I felt very self conscious about.. One of them had to be replaced with an implant. She came up with a brilliant plan to correct it without needing braces. Nobody else had suggested that.
it turned out beautiful and cost less than braces. I could not be more happy. I'm currently wearing the temps while i await the permanent crowns and those even look good!

I came to Dr. Mona last year when I changed dentists and was referred by a friend. Boy, that was the best referral! Dr. Mona and her team are just amazing; they are kind, empathetic and really make the experience a positive one.

I always seem to have something going on with my teeth, so I spend a lot of time at the dentist. For someone with PTSD and high anxiety, they are just wonderful and incredibly easy to visit.

The best part is that Dr. Mona & team are not only incredibly kind, they have all the latest greatest tools & technology. I can't recommend them enough.

Dr. Mona treats my family of six. I would not go anywhere else. The entire staff is considerate, kind and professional. Dr. Mona is gentle and excellent with everything she does. I am picky and have many crowns. We all feel well cared for here. I HIGHLY recommend this world class dentist practice.

All I gotta say is THANK GOD for my insurance change that I found this practice!

I came across this dental office just doing my research online. Not to be biased but I love my Persian Doctors, there is something about their attention to details & aesthetics (Mahmoodi is a Persian name thats how I figured). I mean this is on top of her credentials as well so do your research for sure. Decided to contact them & give it a try so I made my appointment. We are all still in a pandemic so all appointments were like a couple weeks out.

As a new patient they email you new patient forms to fill out prior to your appointment. Super easy! I did it on my phone took me like not even 10 mins. Also they text you to confirm your appointment ahead of time & ask you to call when you get into the parking lot due to COVID. I like an organized system for sure.

The office is located in a professional office plaza next to the Petaluma Hospital so there is plenty of parking & easy access. Upon arrival to the practice I immediately noticed the cleanliness. All staff were very professional & friendly. I did not have to wait at all and they walked me over to take my X-rays right away. X-rays are never fun to take but they were very gentle & efficient about it. After that they walked me to the next room so that the Doctor could go over my X-rays & see me.

It was a very quick & easy session with Doctor Mahmoodi. I could tell she is experienced because as she looked at my teeth she explained everything to me, usually dentists dont say anything until they are done & Im like ok now what?! :)) She talked to me about the full treatment plan & what needs to be done. I mean it didnt hurt that we both bonded over being Persian & spoke some Farsi too :3 Loved her! very easy going & friendly.

So I made all my appointments afterwards & today I had my cleaning with the dental hygienist. As I expected she was ready for me right on time when I walked in & she walked me over to my room. Very professional again & she introduced herself but Of course I don't remember her name. The hygienist also explained everything to me step by step & I definitely noticed how experienced she was because I have never had a smoother cleaning. At some point I was so relaxed that I almost fell asleep :)) she was like you doing ok? Im like Im about to take a nap here :)) I ABSOLUTELY loved the experience!

I will be continuing my treatment with their team & very glad to have found them. Very amazed by the expertise & professionalism. Thank you all.
