At the beginning of every week they would call and let me know they were running my cards which is greatly appreciated.
Thank you to the entire staff for making this experience a lot easier and a lot more pleasant than I thought it would be.

All the bad reviews you see are the truth ! I would have been better off going to Tec Equipment in South San Francisco who has always been there for me and never ripped me off

Jun 29, 2018Previous reviewUpdate to my previous 1 star review. Look, honestly. The people here are great people, I can only say this about the people in the front office. Joey is the manager, I believe and he has always been 100% outstanding. When we call in to book a rental, we spend less than a min on the phone with him and it's all done, no hassle. When we come in to pick up the truck, it takes less than 5 mins to fill out the paperwork and then we wait for the truck to come out. Trucks are flawless, we have never had any problems with any of the trucks. The trucks we're given are almost always 40k miles or less, clean and spotless. My company does state to state catering services for large government counties and venues, which means we drive a hell of a lot. It's a stressful job...but it makes it a whole lot better when we receive great care and clean trucks for our journeys. Joey and the people on his team are magnificent.
But please work on getting the trucks out to us quicker please. We have time constraints and deadlines to make. Waiting 1.5 hours for a truck at 9am with only 2 customers in line is wrong, and 45 mins at 9am with no customers in line is ridiculous. It's pointless to make a pickup time and arrive only to wait an hour. I want to stay with Monarch as our truck service provider, if it wasn't for Joey and his team in the front, I would have gone elsewhere a long time ago. A friend told me about this place. So much easier to rent a truck for the day than U-Haul or Ryder. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. I will definitely be using this place again.

The prices beat Penske by a lot. The trucks are great, the service is decent. I recommend them specifically for the prices they offer and the quality of the trucks.
