Mona's Burgers & Shakes

This is my first time. The decor was wonderful, and the food was delicious! The homemade ranch was incredible!! I was dipping my burger and fries.

More staff are definitely required during peak times. We have patience and understand that the staff was extremely busy, so we had to wait longer than we should have for our order to be taken. I am definitely am coming back.

It's been about 2 years since we first visited here.

Food tastes better. More seasoning but lacked sauce in the burgers. We visited 8/3/24. Group of 5 for a birthday. We dined in. Place felt very stuffy and humid. No adequate AC and the raw onion in the kitchen overpowered the sitting area so definitely irritated our eyes and noses during our sit down lunch. It's also very compact and small inside with bench style seating. Towards the end it got very crowded which was not comfortable considering it was hot inside. The initial guy that greeted us was not friendly during the whole encounter. Our hostess had a much more pleasant attitude. We ordered 5 burgers: Truffle burger, Screw the diet burger but fried egg was asked to be cooked over medium and it wasn't, Diablo burger subbed with grilled chicken, Cali burger sub with grilled salmon & Diablo burger. 3 large order of fries( skinny and potato flats which are skinny wedge cut style) . Fries come in good portion size so you can definitely share a basket with 2-3 people. Side of chocolate shake, Nutella shake and a glass of Merlot. Total cost before gratuity was $146. Good spot but very tight if you eat indoors. Otherwise overall it was a good lunch. My rating is for the space, ambiance and lack of AC. Also... burgers were a tad on dry side needed more of the special sauces the menu said each came with. But, overall we will likely visit again!

I am a long time customer of Monas. As of today, I would recommend that you ONLY order to go and not use table service. Despite only three customers at 4 pm they staff found time to chat among themselves and not wait on customers. I was overcharged for Happy Hour and got attitude when I noted the price difference from the regular menu. I asked for a box for my half eaten turkey burger (not Happy Hour). and instead my plate was thrown away. When I was recognized as a regular customer, all I got was "sorry". No price adjustment or future credit.

The burgers are good. Service is not.

After moving away and returning for business, Mona's still delivers the most delicious, well-prepared hamburgers around. The basket of Flat Fries are super crispy and deliciously yummy and potato-y. Although I was too full for one of their famous shakes, I can still vouch for how amazing they are with only the freshest milk and ice cream. Don't be alarmed about the laid back service because it's worth the wait. Small indoor seating but sufficient outdoor seating area. This is a don't miss located in the Lunardi's shopping center. Five super stars inclusive of the many toes I've eaten here before this review and visit.

Not the best service. Would recommend their food but not the service especially if you are trying to get food with your children.

Excellent spot for burgers and milkshakes! Very nice friendly service and has a neighborhood feel where they know your name. This is a kid friendly place so if you don't appreciate the sound of kids at the table next to you, probably not your kind of place.

This is our go-to spot for a spicy charbroiled burger and brew. Love the Diablo Burger and Chipotle aioli for the skinny fries. They have a good selection of draft and bottled beers available. Kids love the selection of milkshakes as well.

Service is always great! Love the hot dog and the veggie sandwich. The sweet potato fries are definitely my go to.

Despite positive reviews and a recommendation from a Facebook food group, I was unfortunately underwhelmed. We ordered 2 burgers, a small truffle fries (although a large came out and we were charged for it), and a strawberry lemonade (they also brought out a Coke that we didn't order); that's two things wrong out of 3. I'm not sure if the guy was new or what happened.

The best thing was probably the strawberry lemonade. The burgers didn't have much flavor, and the truffle fries didn't have too strong a truffle flavor either. What was also odd was the cheese in my truffle burger. It was supposed to be goat cheese, but definitely was not. Goat cheese does not have that stinky smell certain cheeses have, but whatever they put in the burger did. You can even see in the picture that big slice of cheese that is different than what goat cheese typically looks like.

Other than that, the service was pretty good, and the ambiance was nice. There wasn't anything special about the food that would draw me back though, unfortunately. It may be worth it for happy hour?

Great little spot right next to Lunardi's, burgers were tender with lots of flavor... I absolutely love the chocolate shakes, rich, thick good quality chocolate ingredients. Service is fast and prompt. It's got a small little indoor area and patio seating.
