Make this your go to source for countertop/backsplash and flooring. The crew: Alex, Daniella, Roseanna and Sandro are on top of their game. The installation team, headed by Hugo worked with meticulous care to fine tune the installation. So glad I found Mondial Tiles. You will be too.

I want to take this time to thank Sandro, Daniela & the rest of the crew. I went to a lot of tile shops searching for my Reno project, and came up empty handed and exhausted from the frustration. Couldn't find what I wanted and was never satisfied with the other options.
One day, My mom said that she remembered a tile shop in New Utrecht, BK, & I told her a shop came up in the list, but I could never make it part of my hunting list; I wouldn't make it in time, juggling work shopping in NJ & the city. It would have to be 1 trip directly there.
So I did. When I entered the shop, right away I was greeted asked if I need help, and that made me comfortable. I'd been to a lot of these high end store all over Manhattan(& some in BK too) that were not inviting. Tiles were either huge slabs or mosaic, not my style. I saw so many 3x6 styles (but not the illusive 3x6 SS tile)
I did find some alternatives, & I'm glad I committed myself to the decision & didn't look back
The crew was more than helpful with emergencies & was waiting in the wing if other products didn't work out, & was more than helpful when i returned the excess

I'm absolutely thrilled with my quartzite countertops from Mondial. Daniela and Alex were delightful, professional, and patient. Daniela was especially responsive and communicative and really helped me think through my design choices (first time kitchen renovator ‍). Their prices are competitive and reasonable. Alex knows the material expertly and can remember from where he procured each slab of stone. I will absolutely go back to Mondial for future projects.

Mondial is a one of a kind experience that offers exemplar customer service like no other in the industry. They have a beautiful selection of tile, marble and stone that is very unique. The quality of their inventory is outstanding, but what makes them truly worthwhile is the unparalleled customer service and attention to detail for your particular needs. Rosanna really listened to what I wanted and offered suggestions that included not only tile, but trim and grout colors as well. Alex also helped me go through tile to really pick the best one for my project. They are patient and knowledgeable and helped me choose a completely coordinated tile package within my budget. I highly recommend this business.

Very pleased with Mondial, especially Rosanna! She is super helpful and responsive. She offered great tips, which I appreciate and we got the same quality service every time we visited.

Great selection of tiles. Super knowledgeable, friendly, personalized attention. A real family business, and it shows.
So we buy the tiles, grout, thin set and then tear up our existing kitchen floor only to find a beautiful, intact pine floor underneath. We shift, decide to keep the wood floor and return tiles, etc to Mondial. Mondial takes everything back without hesitation, even the tiles that we bought on sale as a discontinued design. They couldn't have been more friendly and gracious with the return encouraging us to 'think of us next time'.

Mondial Tiles is a place filled with gorgeous tiles, so many that at first it is dizzying. No problem. No one rushes you, and as soon as you express a preference Roseanna will help you pick out great tiles to match. The whole team is friendly, knowledgeable, and kind to design - impaired people like me!

We got gorgeous tile for our new basement floor, and for the shower/bathroom. We will be picking up beautiful smaller tiles for a smaller bathroom. I only wish I had more projects to work with them on!

The Mondial team has been excellent to work with. The whole staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We got our countertop for our new kitchen from them and had a great experience. During our installation they made a mistake when measuring our template but promptly apologized and fixed it fast. They've also been helpful with upkeep for our counter and swung by to offer help when we got a pock mark in the stone. Will definitely be using them in the future!
