He explained what the issue was, what we'd need to watch out for in the future and cleaned up before he left. He also has all the latest plumbing technology to assess any issues reliably. This will be my go-to company if I need any trenchless plumbing work. Lowest price I could find with great quality of work.
Philipe is thoughtful, can come up with solutions other plumbers didn't think of and also transparent about all the congs and pros of each solutions. Eventually I asked them to go with the long term maintenance-free solution so they laid 100ft sewage pipe for me from backyard with very reasonable price. Also worth to mention that the sewage outlet from my mobile home shipped from china was not a standard one, which other plumbers complained to be troublesome. Philipe made the connection clean and beautiful without a word. Finally upon finishing the pipeline, they recovered the surface to its original shape if not better.

THE BEST! 10/5 Stars! Honest, Reliable, Knowledgable. I had received 5 quotes from plumbing companies about a full sewer line repair in my house. Felipe was the only company that did NOT try to rob me of 15-20K in work to be done that was not actually needed. I can't thank Felipe enough for providing an affordable option and not taking advantage of our lack of understanding when it came to our plumbing issue! I can't recommend him and his team enough.

A week has past beyond the promised date to provide an estimate but there is no response at all. someone did come by to take a look at my French drain project and said they would provide an estimate the next day. that was a week ago! The person that came by also confirmed they do this type of work. Wasted an hour of my time talking about the project details.

Felipe. Just FYI. After each passing storm, I always run downstairs to check and make sure everything is OK. It's always such a wonderful feeling of relief when I see everything dry as a bone! However, I went down today to check again after the storm a day ago, and ... while there's no water flowing down from the rock foundation into my basement like we discovered last time ... it's clear that some water has seeped into the dirt in that same area. You can see two dark spots where water has come in ... the soil being wet and moist ... but again ... no water flowing from those areas. The basement floor is still dry, so no water has seeped down from those spots. Maybe this is normal, and it will never get any worse? But I thought I'd run it by you, in case it's a signal of some kind that it could get worse with the coming forecasted storms this week. I sure hope not!

Felipe and Moor Plumbing did a fantastic job repairing a sewer line issue, installing a new clean out, and re-pouring concrete during a severe rainstorm. He had the system functioning in several hours when 2 previous companies worked a day each on the issue to no avail.Definitely five stars for being responsive, professional, and completing the job under the worst circumstances even though he didn't have to. I highly recommend this company. FYI, I have experience in the the trades, but this was something I wasn't willing to tackle on my own.

Felipe was recommended by a friend and I couldn't have asked for better service. He gave me a quote on Monday with a return date of Thursday to complete the job. He replaced old rusted galvanized pipes and a p-trap in the kitchen along with adding a main water shut off valve that hadn't existed. I have found my new plumber for life! TBH, I hate to share this info cause he'll soon be too busy when I need him. I will definitely be referring Moor Plumbing to friends, family and foes...

Mr. Felipe replaced my two-handle bathroom sink faucet & drain with a single stem faucet & drain from Ikea. He did an awesome job. Very professional, on time, detailed, clean, wore mask & shoe covers. He finished the job quick & was very knowledgeable. He has the best price in the Bay Area.
