Morales Plastering has been phenomenal to work with.
I initially contacted them for a small fix on plaster/stucco in my garage and I ended up just skipping on the project. But they came out quick for an estimate and explained the pricing and what needed to be done.

Next time I contacted them was a couple months later when there was some water leaks going into my basement. It turned out there was a whole wall that had old windows with bad flashing and rotted wood that needed to be replaced. They provided amazing service and the stucco was fantastic looking. Alex was easy to get a hold of no matter what was happening and always easy to talk to.

Lastly when I had some issues with the wall project a year later, Alex and his dad came out as soon as I mentioned that there was some rusting and was quick to schedule a crew to come out and fix.

This commitment to quality, fair pricing, and open communication is the reason why I'll refer others to them in the future and I'll also be going back to them myself.

Overall, I do agree on most of the reviews here. Alex and his team is very detail oriented and provided almost seam less services. He is always responsive and provided solutions. Great team to work with. I would definitely say they set a new bench mark for on project services. I would be using them again.

Alejandro came out promptly and provided a free estimate to apply a skim coat to cover some previous stucco work. Cesar provided clear information about the project and stayed in touch until it was completed. Alejandro's team came and placed plastic beneath the project area to protect my plants and brick. They were friendly, seemed to work well together and were efficient. They cleaned up after themselves and I am very pleased with the end result. Mr Morales came to our place and gave good advice on what stucco work we needed to do. Caesar then quickly wrote up an estimate. I spoke with him at length about the proposal and he was very knowledgeable and patient. I was really impressed with the excellent communication.
Ultimately, we went with another company but in the future I would strongly consider Morales Plastering as our interactions were excellent.

Had a really positive experience. Bid process was clear and helpful. We had a long gap before doing the work because of winter but I followed up once it was hot and we were able to get it done very quickly. Alejandro came out to inspect the work and I think clearly cares about quality. His guys even patched random spots they noticed around the area but not specifically part of the work. They also helped us coordinate some concrete work when it became clear that was necessary adjacent to the job. We really appreciate their help and thoroughness.

I've hired Alejandro and his team on two separate occasions to fix water intrusions in two different locations at my house, which were discovered after the big storms in 2021 and 2022. He's easy to work with, responsive, reasonable in price, and thorough.

The leak we experienced in 2020 had water coming in from a first floor window, so naturally that's where his team started the work. As his team removed the old stucco, he made sure to locate all sources of the water intrusion and it turns out the weatherproofing layer was incorrectly installed by the original builders not only around that 1st floor window but also the around the 2nd floor window above and to the right of where we saw the water coming in (builder grade home built in 2007). If he had just stopped his work and investigation around the one window we experienced the leaking, we would have certainly had issues later on which would have caused additional damage and $$$. The repair was done seamlessly and the stucco texture matched exactly to the rest of the house.

We have since moved from that house but I trust his expertise completely and would hire Alejandro and his team again in an instant for any stucco repair needs should a need arise in the future.

Had a bad window leak during one of our heavy storms and eventually found out it was an exterior stucco issue. I found Alejandro on yelp. So glad I did! Alejandro definitely knew his stuff and his price was very competitive. For the quality of work I was very pleased. During the process additional damage was found. Alejandro and his crew provided me with different options with the pro's/con's. The finished work was excellent and although there was a minor pricing discrepancy, it was resolved to my satisfaction immediately once identified. Highly recommended! Thank you!!!

Had the pleasure of having Morales Plastering stucco over our existing aged stucco. Alex, Alejandro, Cesar and the rest of the crew are top notch people whose communication was above and beyond that of even our current general contractor's ability. The crew even tackled painting our gutters, downspouts and roof eaves. To top it off, they offered to haul away old stucco debris left from a prior work phase with our general contractor (I've been asking for months to have removed, to no avail!). Pricing was substantially lower than what our general contractor had quoted us. Don't hesitate to have these folks work on your property!

Morales Construction recently applied a skim and acrylic coat to my 1923 Oakland home. Alejandro, Alex and the rest of the crew were great throughout and even worked with me when water intrusion was found. They identified the cause, walked me through the why (poor work by another contractor) and clearly walked me through what had to be done to resolve it.

Throughout the entire project, they answered any questions I had and worked with me on scheduling the work. Their attention to detail, especially during the finishing steps was noticeable and greatly appreciated. They definitely went the extra mile. The only minor criticism I have for the team would be to improve their communication around the timeline of events and being clear when things are happening.

When we need stucco and water intrusion work in the future, we will absolutely hire Morales Construction. We couldn't recommend them more.

They just finished a two coat re stucco on a family owned property. Work was amazing. They were on time and sent 6 guys to do the work. I'm very happy with the job and will use them again. The house looks new now.
