Mosaic Global Transportation

This month we used Mosaic Transportation for 3 days during our daughter's graduation services. Our out-of-town family was in the area for a week. From the moment that I coordinated the services with Jennifer, it was such a blessing. Jennifer is one of the nicest and most professional people that I have dealt with in Corporate America in a long time. She helped put the itinerary together and was so flexible with all of my many changes. She never became frustrated but only had a can-do attitude the entire time. Then Ruben was assigned to us as our driver. When we were picked up and driven to our destinations over the course of 3 days, Ruben was excellent. He was professional, flexible and very accommodating. I am looking forward to the next time that we can use Maurice and his company. Would I recommend this company for transportation needs? ABSOLUTELY YES. Thank you Maurice, Jennifer and Ruben. We had a wonderful experience and not one complaint. It was an A+ rated occassion.

The driver got a bit lost on the way to the ceremony, so some of our family members missed the family portraits. Definitely budget extra time. I wish they had told me they thought it wasn't enough time when we were coordinating the schedule with them.

Our group of 25 spent two days driving around San Francisco with Ron and he made sure we had an awesome time. He took us to all the best sites and had plenty of jokes and interesting SF tidbits to keep us entertained. The service was very professional and we managed to get everywhere on time even with the constant stragglers. I'd definitely look to book this company (and Ron!) next time I'm in the city.

I used Mosaic for a tour of Napa wineries from 9:30am to 5pm. Ruben was our driver for the journey as we had 10 people in the car. We had an absolute blast, Ruben was very accommodating and did a great job. Thank you Ruben for making my 30th birthday one that I will never forget.

This company did an excellent job running the shuttles for the US Rowing four day regatta on Lake Merritt. The drivers were friendly and helpful and thoroughly professional. We especially liked Ron who remained cheerful throughout the long days.

I'd like to thank your shuttle driver Alvin for the great service he has been giving to my company for long time. Alvin is always prompt, always declaring the destination and route and time, and truly caring and helping riders.
Taking the shuttle almost daily, I've observed Alvin cheerfully greets each rider, and once handled a shuttle hardware problem carefully and always keep us informed.

I spent over a week attempting to contact Mr. Mathis at Mosaic. We called every day about, spoke with Michelle, she passed our message but he ignored my request, or forgot, either way I was organizing a celebrity wedding and he showed no interest, even though we were paying whatever they asked.

I would not recommend them to anyone, especially after having to deal with an unprofessional team of reservationists.

I did find another limo, and rolls Royce, and that company told us that Mosaic wasn't the right choice to begin with.

Stick to Proms Mosaic, maybe a teenager would deal with you since you acted like one.

We used Mosaic transportation for our wedding shuttle at the end of the night. Our driver was great! He was able to navigate the windy roads great. However, the planning of the event was just ok. It was hard to get a hold of them, and they replied to emails a little slower than other vendors. I would rank the on day service 'great', and the planning and logistics just 'ok'

It's always a stunning fall to go from five stars to one.

When I first wrote my review of Mosaic Global Transportation, it was before the event. During the event, we had some drivers tell our guests that they couldn't drink or eat in the limousine. Hello, it's a fundraiser and part of the fun is the eating and drinking as clues are solved. Still this wasn't enough for me to downgrade them.

No, the reason for their stellar fall is a recent e-mail from a donor who bid on Mosaic Global Transportation's "gift' of a wine country trip. Notice the quotes on "gift"?

Evidently, despite repeated attempts to redeem their "gift", the company can never do it. Our donor told me that she's being asked to pay for taxes and other fees as well. This is no "gift" in my book, but a cheap bait and switch.

We're gearing up for our 2009 caper. We won't be using Global Mosaic Transportation. I guess the $15,000 we paid for their services wasn't enough to make a real "gift" of a wine country tour for our auction to be honored.

Some of their drivers could learn what customer service is all about. Insulting potential clients isn't always the best strategy.
