Mount Em Up

OCD? That's me. And I have to say, Anthony is probably more OCD than I am which I LOVE. He was willing and ready to rewire my electric sockets just to get the middle S in 'SamSung' directly over the seam of my fireplace -- fortunately, it didn't come to that. But seriously, who else notices these things?

Also, we have built in stereos in our house. As an extra courtesy, he was willing to take a look at the wiring and tell us exactly what we need for a receiver. His words -- "Tell the sales person that you have 14 speakers -- 5 for the living room / TV area and 9 throughout the house -- so you will want to be able to go at least two zones and will need enough watts to push those." Excellent. The sales guy will now think I know what I'm doing. Thank you Anthony. He even told me my alternatives: "You'll likely need one high-end receiver or if you want to save money, you can purchase two quality receivers which will also get the job done for half the cost." Present me alternatives that might save me money? Thank you Anthony.

Now, I just have to wait for the Comcast installation guy to come before Anthony comes back to help us figure out wireless HDMI. Yep, he's taking the extra mile to make sure everything is clean and perfect -- and he doesn't trust Comcast to come in after him to do that.

Oh - and he has two kids and lives in Roseville, so he commutes almost two hours just to provide top-notch service in SF. Gotta love this guy.

Anthony and his team did a really great job with our large older plasma, which was heavy and challenging to install. Very experienced and also an expert at configuring the remotes to work really well. Would highly recommend this team that performed well with a reasonable price.

"Just get a TaskRabbit," said everyone. "But I have weird walls and I'm not sure what's behind them," I said. Mount Em Up to the rescue!

Anthony actually listened to me when I said I believed there is a sheet metal plate behind the wall. And lo and behold, he found one when he drilled into it.

Anthony and his assistant were prompt, friendly, and most importantly, he really knows his stuff. I highly recommend Mount Em Up if you need an experienced installer, weird walls or otherwise.

So nice to have a responsive pro who goes the extra mile. We lost all cables, we lost the remote. We didn't know exact size of tv. No problem. He hit everything we need came over sane day and we are in business. Excellent!

Anthony and his crew/family were knowledgeable and did a great job mounting my 72 inch tv. Down to earth guys with a great attitude.

The team did an amazing job at installing TV amounts above a fireplace and at the same time moving the outlet to hide all wires. It was a long and complicated job due to how old our house is but they were amazing, professional, and we were ultimately very happy with the end result. Definitely worth the price!

We've used this service for the first time when we first move to California 10 years ago and they continue to be our go-to when we move/switch apartments. Stellar service and they always do such an amazing job! They are considerate, knowledgeable, and always make sure they provide quality.

They communicated well in advance about both price and timing and got here in the promised time range.
They technician was friendly, clean and very competent.
He also handled a couple odd ball things quickly I cannot think of a single thing they could have done better.

No photos. I am still moving in and everything is a mess.

We engaged Mount Em Up to install a TV mount on bricks above a fireplace.

Pros:
Very responsive to initial inquiry and was able to come in the next day on a Sunday as he happened to be in the area

Neither good or bad:
Was quoted $350-$450 by email but then raised it to $550 when the guy discovered that the mount we purchased was a Mantel mount.

Bad:
He couldn't provide a receipt on site and asked that we email him so we did on 12/18/21, 12/22/21, and then today on 12/27/21. Perhaps he is on vacation due to the holidays hence the unresponsiveness. We shall see. Will update again once I receive the receipt as promised.

Anthony did an amazing job and made my home theatre look amazing in my new space. The job was certainly not easy and Anthony demonstrated he knows what he is doing and will take all the time necessary to get the job done right.

I'm also appreciative Anthony recognized my curiously and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. I learned a lot from the hours he was here and I appreciate him being patient and supportive.

He even installed a couple outlets I requested. Great work and highly recommended!

The work will speak for itself and you won't be disappointed.

This is a long overdue review but Anthony deserves a solid rating on here! If you're debating on getting your TV mounted or aren't sure where to go, trust me, work with Anthony. He was professional, friendly, and very easy going to work with. It took me a bit to settle on exact placement but he was patient every step of the way. There were no hidden fees or feeling like I was being taken advantage of and I greatly appreciate that.

I am very happy with his work and cannot recommend him enough!
