Mountain View Auto Detail

I needed my 2013 Tesla freshened up and chose Mountain View Auto Detail based on reviews and location.

They were quite responsive in quoting the job and had a spot that I choose within a day or two and they completed the job on time.

The car looked like new. Paint, carpets etc. were all cleaned beautifully.

When I inspected the car the next day the passenger side seat was not operating. I let them know, I took it back for them to look at and they found a plug that was unplugged during the cleaning. They fixed it an I was on my way.

There's no question that I would use them again. I'm not too fussy about pricing, but I thought that it was reasonably priced.

I was looking for a full service inside & outside clean & was for my car. I decided to try this place first time, for my brand new Model X. I was obviously nervous when I saw the two people who were unsure on how to drive the new Tesla, open the falcon wing doors etc. But they were excellent - they put their heart and soul into cleaning my car inside and out. They took their time, were not rushing to finish the job (even though I was waiting there). They were hospitable, offered me their home cooked snacks while I was waiting.

The cleaned every nook and cranny inside my car, took out the baby seat, cleaned the trims, seats, dash etc. They washed the outside of my car multiple times, polishing & waxing at the end. Ultimately, my car came out cleaner than the day it was delivered to me (as it was raining on the delivery day and my car was all muddy from the rain and dirt ). Very happy with this team and will definitely come visit again with my other cars.

They did a full interior & exterior detailing of my 10yo Audi Q5 toddler-transport vehicle. The cleaning was thorough & left my car in great shape, carefully getting some hard-to-remove grime from high-touch areas without damaging the leather steering wheel and shifter.

They collected some found loose items, and left them neatly in a shoebox in the front seat, which was helpful. 5/5 stars, will be bringing my other vehicle in soon.

After 7 years with my car, I finally had an interior detailing done. I'm glad I had did this with Mountain View Auto Detail. They are a great group. It was easy to make an appointment with them on Yelp, and they have high quality service. I dropped my car off same day and they had my car ready in less time than expected. My car was looking nice and clean after. The best part was they separated all the contents in my car into a box. For $250, the value and service is very good and worth the price. They even got the hard-to-reach places cleaned up, in addition to the carpets.

I highly recommend them and I would come back.

I went to Mountain View Auto Detail for an interior cleaning, and Furkan and the team went above and beyond in their work. They have a very close attention to detail and thoroughly cleaned every nook and cranny in a timely manner. A wonderful service and I highly recommend, they were so kind and easy to schedule with! In a word, *Exceptional*.

So, as a dad to a 6 and a 9 year old, we don't often (or ever) detail our car, because the good effects last on average 1-3 days - before the kids have sprinkled the interiors with cookie crumbles, "toys" - you'll be surprised with what passes for a toy in our house, tissue paper and the like.

However, last week, I decided to get an appraisal for our 2015 Red Nissan Leaf - I made the decision Saturday, and the appraisal was scheduled for Monday at 1:30 pm.

The amazing things were:
1. MVAD was able to accommodate me at such short notice - most other "premium" details places were at least 3 days out
2. They are closed Sunday, so I dropped my car off first thing Monday at 8 am. They suggested it would take ~3 hours and it was ready pat on time
3. I have a big bad dent on the rear left - its an old dent - circa 2016, and we've chosen to do nothing about it. It is relevant to this story, because after inspecting the car, MVAD recommended skipping the exterior detail - it would be an added expense - but not enough value - given the dent - I mean who even does this? - so impressed!!

Oh - and after all this - the exterior looks "like new" - it is a 2015 car, and looks like tio just walked off the dealer's lot.

I recently moved away from California, but I left my 2021 Kia Forte in the Bay Area until the lease expired. I flew in just to return it to the dealership (and handle other errands), but before I did, my car desperately needed a good wash. I had done a lot of trips for hikes, so the floor and mats had a lot of dirt. The outside of the car also had quite a bit of tree sap, bird poop, and dirt all over. I knew the dealership would give me a hard time if I didn't get it cleaned.

I quickly made a short-notice appointment to Mountain View Auto Detail. In a few hours, I received the car in incredible condition. As clean as I got it when it was brand new! Huge thanks, and if I move back to the Bay, Mountain View Auto Detail will be the place I go.

I did not recognize my car when these guys were done. Made my appointment within 24 hours my car was a huge old expedition very challenging job done well.
