Moxies

Me and my girl made a great decision when we together decided to visit Moxies for our one year anniversary.
The grill house itself has a big interior with a dim and chill atmosphere. The presentation as a whole was fantastic.
On top of that we had great service from the different servers that were very kind and welcoming. As soon as the server lead us to our table I noticed that they had a good mix of classic rock as their soundtrack, which usually is a sign that you're in a good place.
When it comes to the food, we had some amazingly presented bruccheta as our appetizer which were very tasty. For dinner both of us chose a sirloin steak, medium well for her and a medium rare for me. It was juice and very well made.

I would recommend Moxie's to anyone who looks for a good time with great food and fantastic atmosphere!

Came with a group of friends. Ordered the ribeye steak, medium rare. That thing came out well done. Called the waitstaff over and was told that at Moxies that's how they do "medium rare". No apology, no remake, no taking anything off the bill... no surprise since they seem to have no idea how a steak should be cooked.

The meat had no juice and was so tough it took a lot of wine to help with the swallowing. Perhaps they're taught to overcook everything to push drink sales.

Huge disappointment.

Very tasty food and good service - would highly recommend and would gladly come back!

My hamburger was good but they were a little too heavy handed with the condiments and the frozen fries were as good as frozen fries go.

Husband loved his ramen and our waitress was very nice. Service was great.

I went a few weeks back and had an aggressively mediocre experience. The service was amazing, but the food was just meh. We got steak frites and the steak was cold and tough. I also ordered a side Caesar salad and I'm pretty sure they forgot to dress the salad. I probably wouldn't go back, but it wasn't the worst experience ever.

Had a fantastic lunch @ Moxies with my students! Great prices and food! Our server Emily was so sweet and made great recommendations for us!

This was one of the best meals ever!!! The Cashew Chicken Lettuce Wraps are bursting with flavor and very filling. Great to share. The Cobb Salads were the best we've ever had. The Key Lime Pie was as good as any in Key West. Not pictured, the steak and mashed potatoes. My sister was about to ask for a steak knife when she realized she was able to cut it with a butter knife. Fabulous meal!

Great food, but what keeps me coming back is the lovely amazing staff. Give them a raise and hang onto them !

The mash potatoes were delicious. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Would definitely go again.

A great location in downtown Victoria. A nice snack that I would highly recommend would be the chips and salsa. They also have a Caesar salad and a steak frites as a good lunch/dinner option. The staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is very welcoming towards guests. What you must understand is that there's a variety of options on the menu for everyone.
