Hector Chan responded quickly to my call and evaluated a massive tree root that had damaged my neighbor's yard. He was highly professional and assured me that, since the stump that produced the root had been ground out, no further action was needed. Hector and his team are not messing around!!! Arrived early, took care of business efficiently and safely and beautifully! They removed a very large tree, ground down two stumps, spread the chips instead of leaving them in a big pile for us to do, cleaned up the mess and charged a fair price!!! 10/10 would recommend and use them again in the future. Hector Chan of Mr.Arbor Tree Care service lives up his reputation. He has just addressed multiple tree and foliage issues at our Fairfax hillside location. The difference of after vs. before is striking. Not only is the whole yard and the side of the house more open, it is now much, much more fire safe.

His crew is simply amazing. I believe there were 10 people on the job for multiple hours. They scaled impossibly high trees and systematically removed limbs, etc. all working in excellent harmony and, importantly, taking care of one another. They removed several tons of wood. Their clean up was excellent.

Hector came out promptly to provide an estimate and was able to complete the work, trimming some overgrown privet trees, the same week. His team was terrific. Very efficient, friendly and diligent about clean up. I would definitely use them again. Good value for money.

I had a great experience with Hector and his team. They cutdown 5 trees and dump bamboo roots we pulled out last year. They came promptly, great price, fast, and went the extra mile cleaning up the weeds around the property. I would hire them again for any future projects.

Hector and his team are the real deal! We had two huge oak trees trimmed that hadn't been maintained for 15 years. The crew came in and took care of business. They were meticulous with their decisions of what needed trimming and what didn't. Additionally they cut down two other trees on our property and returned a week later to grind out the stumps.
