Mr Lube

Had to come here 2 times the past couple days for different reasons and they always so helpful and efficient. Whether I've needed my oil changed, battery replaced or tire patched, it's always done quickly and efficiently. Will always come back these guys.

tire install= rim damage. Business denied responsibility. stated it was " road rash". however the damage is vertical to the rim not in line with the rim had it been road rash. vertical damage would be caused by a " prying" motion. I've had this vehicle only 2.5 months and know the rims were pristine prior to install. considering small claims court.

Lined up for an oil change, was upsize for a transmission oil change in addition. Everything good until my vehicle's undercarriage shield fell! Tells me their work is below standard. Will not go there again!

Always friendly they always offer to do extra and they don't push it, they only ask..

We drove up with our dog and he was spoiled rotten got 2 milk bones by Josh , shawm, and James and another nice guy!!

I did oil change in Jan for my vw, didn't notice the oil slowly leaking after that service until the waring light on, after I went back to store checked with those guys again, they said not much they can do , I went to mechanic next day they told me the oil pan plug was damaged by someone tied yo much and also missing 4 of the bolt and clips for the oil pan cover , obvious mistake by those guys made for my car, never go back again, very disappointed for the shitty work by them!

They offer you a coffee or tea and a newspaper if you have to wait

I needed an oil change and saw that Mr. lube had no cars in there waiting area. I was directed to A bay that had a truck inside. I was asked if I wanted coffee water or a paper and I took a water. I sat there and I sat there and I sat there and finally about half an hour in someone finally came to my window and asked if I'd been given an estimated time. I said no and I was going to go and talk to someone because I've been sitting there for about half an hour. The guy says to me well first off you haven't been waiting half an hour and you will be needing to wait another half hour. At which point I said "well thanks so much"sarcastically, "but I don't think I will wait another half hour and someone should've told me how long I would be waiting." Needless to say I'm not very happy with the service and how I was talked to and left. Usually I'm quite happy with this locations service but no. Update: The owner of Mr. lube in Victoria contacted me after I complained and is taking action. A super nice guy who really cares about his business and his clients. He is going to compensate me. I have change my stars to reflect his good business ethics and not the one of his staffs poor behaviour.

Staff is incredibly pushy. People seem demotivated and upset generally. I've been in a few times and there always seems to be something due. I just have a hard time trusting these people. That said..... oil shops are mostly the same. Over stressed sales oriented drones. This ones the same.

I went here expecting a relaxing oil change while reading a news paper and drinking coffee. Instead I received three pushy car part salesmen. They kept bringing parts of my car to me saying it needs replacing and they sell them. When I said no, they would make a remark like "it's only going to get worse" or "we sell them cheaper". Then they saw the tread on a tire was low and needing replacing. They are obviously new to the tire market and really wanted to replace it themselves. The manager came over and gave me a quote on two tires with a speech about safety. I paid for my oil change and went straight to Kal Tire who gave me a quote on two tires for 100$ cheaper. Never going back.

I went to Mr. Lube for an oil change and my car was damaged during the change. Three employees promised Mr. Lube would pay for the damage and referred me to a mechanic. When I got to the mechanic, he said Mr. Lube is refusing to pay for the damages I incurred at their shop. I went to speak to Mr. Lubes manager in person and he told me all three employees had changed their stories and were denying that they promised to pay for the damages. I saw one of the employees and he lied to my face, refusing to take ownership for the referral and the promise to cover the damage. The manager watched the videos of me driving in with a working vehicle, driving out with a broken car, and his employees referring me to the mechanic. He said that this was not enough "evidence" for him and that he did not believe me. I was a repeat customer at Mr. Lube and I am NEVER going back. Due to the lack of integrity, horrible customer service, and damaging vehicle service, I would not recommend Mr. Lube to anyone. Please go somewhere else for your vehicle services.
