Santiago and his crew did a great job and were so fast! The tree + stump removals looked brutal to do, especially with some of the smaller spaces they had to work in. They cleaned everything up afterwards. Getting the quote and scheduling was a breeze. I can't remember the last time I felt motivated to write a Yelp review, but these guys were just great to work with.

This company did the BEST topping of a grand oak, restoring my view, as well as 2 smaller trees in my yard. Two adjacent neighbors were so impressed with their work, they came out and wanted their trees trimmed by them. Their prices are the most reasonable I have had in the last 9 years of trimming the same tree. The owners are highly professional and friendly.
The three men who did the work as a team showed professional teamwork skills: mutual respect, shared responsibility, AND good work. I will no longer use any other tree company.

Santiago and his team performed an exceptional job trimming multiple older, very large, overgrown trees in my Oakland yard. They coordinated with the neighbors to address the trees growing into their property. Additionally, they cleaned up in and around my smaller trees and bushes, per our agreement. They were very timely, professional, stayed to the budget and project tasks. Could not have been more pleased!

I highly recommend MS Tree Services. After our initial inquiry, Santiago came by within one day to inspect the job (removal of a Douglas fir and Cherry tree, and pruning dead branches from our Zelkova and Sequoia trees). A written detailed estimate/proposal was emailed soon after. The price was very fair. We accepted. Santiago and his crew showed up as scheduled and finished in a timely manner, and cleaned up afterward. Everything was done very professionally. Also, they were all very friendly! We will definitely hire MS Tree Services again.

We had a very large, tall and overgrown tree in our backyard. MS Tree Service's gave an amazing, doable estimate. Their estimate was half that of 5 other bids.

They were prompt and brought the tree down to a reasonable height. They also dis some trimming of surrounding trees! I was amazed at the efficiency. Their knowledge of the tree they worked on was impressive.

They didn't just come and cut, and leave. This crew carefully trims and sculpts!

They cleaned up areas that had nothing to do with the tree trimming.
They went to my neighbors behind me and cleaned up any leaves, trimmings that might have fallen from the tree.

We just had (3) trees trimmed by MS. The whole process was seamless. Spoke to Maria by e-mail and she had Santiago come by for an estimate.
Got back to us quickly with a very reasonable bid! Work was scheduled soon after accepting. The crew arrived early, very open to any of our suggestions, and did a wonderful job trimming the trees. They also cleaned up the area well after they were finished. I highly recommend them, and we will be using them again...
